- Gemma (10/5): Amazing week in Eastbourne - I liked the whole experience. Lillian was so friendly and inviting. I didnt need anything but if I did, she would provide it for me. The bed was super comfy, comfiest nights sleep I've ever had. The view was to die for also. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

The owner Lily was lovely and very friendly, with lots of recommendations. The house had a lovely set up and had everything that was needed and more. The location has shops and restaurants that are extremely close by, with a wide range of products and everyone was very friendly. Was a great place to stay to relax and easy to go swimming or just relax in the garden, even with the weather being iffy. There was netflix available, but I had a few minor issues with logging in once when it was quite stormy and windy, which sucked. Not sure if it's normal, but would've been nice for a heads up, but was fine the next day. Nothong to dislike, except maybe the costs as well.

Best of all was our host Lillian, she couldn't do enough for us and gave us lots of local information and help with places to visit. Everything was perfect and hope to visit again. Not applicable

Lillian the host was such a pleasant host and a credot to herself. We can't recommend this place higher enough and we;ll be returning as and when time permits. There wasn't anything not to like and if you can find anything then please let us know. Price was right, host was one of the best and the place was spotless with a view to die for. What more could anyone ask for.

- Amanda (6/5): A well-equipped apartment in an unbeatable location. - The apartment is in a great location, virtually on the beach. It is tastefully furnished and generally well-equipped. The owner, Lilian, is very pleasant and helpful. Lovely view of the sea from the upstairs. The bedroom/small living/dining area are upstairs (steep stairs and you have to mind your head). The kitchen, toilet and shower are downstairs. Making something to eat in the kitchen and then carrying it upstairs to eat was difficult as you need at least one hand to steady yourself on the stairs.
