Annica (1/5): Kommer aldrig att rekommendera detta boende. - Det såg väldigt fint ut i beskrivningen på Booking.com, men det blev en besvikelse. Det fanns ingen reception, ingen bemanning, det fanns två gäster på plats när vi kom vilken var tur annars hade vi inte kommit in. Kom sent på kvällen och de berättade att man fick ta frukost själv ut kylen. Det kunde vara bättre skyltat på plats om vad som gällde och att det informeras i annonsen. Havsutsikt enligt bilderna?? Det såg vi inte. Det fanns en restaurang som var öppen under dagtid, oc inte någon annanstans att äta. Vi bokade av sista natten via Booking. Man kan inte kalla det hotell. Hellre ett vandrarhem. Hade vi vetat detta hade vi inte bokat där. Dessutom priser på rummen som motsvara om man bor mitt i en stad med alla funktioner som ett Hotell innebär. Allt kunde ha varit bättre. Information. Personal. Små rum, inga galgar att hänga kläder på, saknade skrivbord. Kanalerna å tv var via Samsung, med ett stort utbud av utländska kanaler. Vi fick se nyheterna via våra datorer.

Susanne (7/5): Var dit för att träffa min mor. - Frukosten var bra, och utrymmet i köket/matrummet. Läget när man tittade ut, hade fönster åt 2 håll och såg endast verkstadslokaler.
Birgitta (3/5): Kanske lite dyrt för servicenivån. - Sängarna var bekväma och incheckningen var smidig när man väl fick e-mail med kod. Hade föredragit sängkläderna av bomull. Hade varit toppen med möbler att lägga t ex kläder på. Fläkten i badrummet stängde aldrig av sig. Frukosten var helt och hållet självservering, men hade varit gott med lite grönsaker eller frukt. Det vore bra med fler skålar till fil/yoghurt och muggar till kaffe/te. Soppåsarna blev snabbt överfulla i frukostrummet, kunde större behållare införskaffas? Svårt att förstå hur kaffemaskin och vattenkokare fungerade, förklarande skyltar hade varit bra.
Walter (7/5): - Lugnt. Sköna sängar. Fina rum. Någon kanske borde kolla över köket och dess utrymme åtminstone en gång per dag. Överfulla sopor och full diskho med smutsig disk. Ingen personal på hela helgen.

Karin (8/5): I would stay here again. - Wonderful to have a nice little hotel on Karlholm! Great kitchen facilities, very possible to cook a meal here if desired. Like a very nice hostel really. Super clean, comfy bed The hotel is right in the middle of the old industrial area in Karlholmsstrand. It seemed a tad pricey.

Katri (1/5): Big disappointment - We made a reservation on same day and didn't get any confirmation. As we were unsure about the booking, we tried to reach the hotel by SMS and phone witn no answer. We didn't want to drive 100kms, so we made another reservation. We have tried to contact the hotel for several times without any luck. They have never replied to our messages. However the hotel has charged us. We are very disappointed to this procedure.
