- Nadeem (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sudeep (8/5): Feel at home in this cost lil house. - The room was clean and comfortable. Wasn't far from the city center. The owner was very pleasant. We could use the kitchen for some hot water, crockery and cutlery. No attached bath. The entrance was not clean and had to lug up the suitcases
- Ainan (9/5): It was a cozy place in a quiet neighborhood, with a nearby bus stop. - The host was really friendly.
- Anonymous (5/5): Passable - The room was tidy and clean at least. Didn't like that we had to share a bathroom with others on the same floor. Was under the impression that we had exclusive use.
Not used to sharing like that, especially when your room cannot lock. They should look at that.
Never met the host, so not sure who we dealt with.
I suppose it's personal preference and not used to travelling like that.
- Melvin (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice and friendly host. Everything was sufficient. Great value for location in Edinburgh. Getting to or from the city center is very easy with bus in about 15 min or if the weather is nice it's about a 45 min walk. Nothing.
- Anonymous (10/5): Just like home from home. - Lovely quiet location only short bus ride to city centre very frequent bus service Nothing, all good.
- Romain (10/5): Perfect if you're just looking for a comfy bed in Edinburgh - We stayed just for one night, arrived late and left early, but we had everything we need. The bed is comfortable, the WiFi works perfectly and everything in the appartment was super clean. I can't think of anything that would need to be improved.
- Timo (10/5): Exceptional - We had a great time here! The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and nicely furnished. The city center is just a few minutes away by bus, making the location very convenient. Our host was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, excellent value for money – we would definitely stay here again!
- Petr (8/5): Very good - We liked the location. We were close to Arthur's Seat. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Very nice lady owner.
- Jo-an (6/5): Good stay - Cosy bed Communal areas

- Melorens (10/5): Budget Friendly Close to Center stay - I love that it is very clean and cozy. The bus stop is just 2-3minutes walk from the house and the journey is just 10-12mins to center. No hassle and bus times are very regular. Sam the owner is so lovely as well and she made sure we’re comfortable and having a great time. None because I’m just grateful this accom exist
- Sanjay (1/5): Not value for money. - It was not mentioned in the description that it was ' Stay With Host'. And there were no lock on the door, so no privacy and safety.
Not Value for money.
- Justine (10/5): Lovely stay in Edinburgh - Sam is a very nice host, her flat is really comfy and close to the bus station.
- George (3/5): Poor -
- Катя (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing. I would definitely stay here again. Like home
- Cleo (10/5): Exceptional - Very cosy room, host was friendly and helpful, good location, bus stop close and buses were easy to catch to town. Free parking outside building.
- Kaushik (8/5): Very good -
- Berthelsen (8/5): All in all, absolutely great value for the price. Friendly host. Very central location. - No breakfast included in the price. The location of the room/apartment was very central, close to Edinburgh downtown. Great bus service to downtown and everywhere. Close proximity to beautiful Holyrood Park. It was not possible to lock the room, but we did trust our friendly host completely. The heater in the room was decent, but did not always work as it should. We only got one key to share between the two of us. Not always practical. Finally, there was no flexibility in terms of when we had to leave the room (we had to leave early in the day, on departure day. It would have helped us greatly, if we could have explored more of Edinburgh on departure day, just leaving our packed luggage at or close to the room. No flexibility here.
- Kim (8/5): Very good -
- Hamish (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julia (10/5): Room is as advertised - simple and clean accommodation, with street parking available, away from city center a bit, whic - Available parking, easy to get to, good size bedroom
- Guneet (7/5): Good -
- Mursa (10/5): Exceptional - Very cosy and cute room.
- Bozhidar (6/5): Experience - The price and the very quiet location were the best part of the stay. Just one bus nearby to the city centre. The toilet wasn't flushing properly, more than one person in the household, but in general a very friendly host.
- Luisfer99 (7/5): Good -
- Laura (10/5): Lovely little place, clean and tidy, lovely host - Very comfortable, host was nice and friendly and happy to help out. Room was a good size and the bed comfortable. We were able to use the kitchen and fridge so it made having some breakfast very handy in the morning. A little hard to find out which flat it was, but the general property was easy to get to.
- Michelle (9/5): Superb -
- Christy (8/5): Very good -
- Rathod (8/5): Very good -
- Singla (10/5): Exceptional -
- Clare (1/5): Bad - Nothing We didn’t end up staying and had to find another hotel. There really needs to be more in the description about the property. Entrance hall was rather daunting - wouldn’t have liked to get there in the dark. Concrete staircase, nothing appealing about the place. Sorry but I don’t think the description says enough about it.
