• Kaori (4/5): 宿代を抑えられた上に駅から近く帰宅が遅くても不安がなかったです。４号線をフル活用しソウルを堪能できました。 - 値段と立地が最高でした。 洗濯機は無料で使えてよかったのですが乾燥機の使い方が分からず使えませんでした。お湯が飲みたかったのでポットがあると嬉しいです。

• PIK LING (2/5): Not good. - The location of guesthouse is excellent. Self-checkin is nice for people who are really introverted. However, it’s kind of helpless when guest has problems, the only way is contact guesthouse through email or apps, time consuming and cannot help immediately. Or you can tackle it by yourself. The lighting button hides behind the desk, it took a few time to find it. The room was smelly, the pillow and bed are also smelly. I tried to open the window for whole day, when I back to the room, the smelling is still here. The charger plug were loose, I needed to adjust the charger time to time, it really inefficient and inconvenient.

• Koh (6/5): Worst so far for me in Korea. - Location Building doesn't have elevators. And they only tell you after you paid and book for the room.
• EMI (1/5): 汚い - 場所だけ まず共有玄関が髪の毛だらけで入るのに躊躇し、部屋に入ると写真とあまりにも違ってびっくり。無人なのにトイレットペーパーは2回使用したら終わるんじゃないかくらいしか置いてなく買うしかなかった。2泊予定が1日目の夜にトイレが流れなくなり次の朝急遽チェックアウトの結末です。今後止まることはないとおもいます。

• Emma (1/5): No lift!!! five flights of stairs, smelt like dirty drain, no air flow AC / heater or fan. Would not recommend. Grea - Location is great! Close to train station and busy market area. Quiet area. 1 street back. Staff was not responsive at all through out my stay. But coincidentally were very responsive before and after my stay. (Before I paid) Air-conditioning was broken they told me it was central heating, but there was no vent in the room anywhere. The bathroom drain or toilet absolutely stunk the whole time. I closed the bathroom door, but there is a gap at the top of the door so the whole room and area smelled like dirty drain. The walls were dirty. There were three remotes in the room, one for an air conditioner unit on the wall. I plugged it in and it started immediately making the loudest noise you’ve ever heard, and the remote did not work for the air conditioner. So you could not change it from heating to cooling or anything else. There were two TV remotes and none of them turned on the TV. Beware I did not know that this was on level 5 of a 5 story building with no lift. The stairs were brutal and I do not recommend if you have any health issue whatsoever. You need to be in extremely good health for an athlete to carry a luggage and go up and down the stairs multiple times a day. I asked to change rooms but was declined for whatever reason. No other way to communicate with property except booking.com chat BEWARE THERE IS NO LIFT I would not recommend staying here.
• Massia (5/5): a bit disappointed - The bed was surprisingly comfy, the amenities were very good (no conditioner but the rest was nice). The wifi worked well. The Myeongdong station is very close so it's really convenient. Mostly, I was very surprised by the difference between the pictures and the actual room. It smelled very humid, it was quite dark. I didn't expect this. The shower room is quite cramped, in the same space as the sink and the toilets. Worst of all: the light in the entrance was automatic, so every time I moved in the bed, it lit up... woke me up several times at night. Honestly for that price I expected better, but I guess it can be justified by the very good location.
• Seokmo(ソクモ) (7/5): 명동역과 가까운거리, 다이소, 편의점, 맛집근처, 다소 아쉬운 건조함 - 명동과 나무 가깝습니다. 2평남짓에 기본적인 물품은 구비되어 있습니다. 사진과 다른 방을 받았지만 근접성때문에 불만은 없었습니다. 새뱍에 좀 추웠지만 다행히 전기장판이 있어서 다행이었습니다. 조용합니다. 지금 10월말인데 환절기라 방이 좀 춥고 건조해서 감기 잘걸리는 분들 조심하셔야 합니다. 밤에 방충망은 안열고 환기 잠깐 시켰는데 모기가 들어왔음. 장기투숙하실 분들은 방 잘보시고 예약하시길 권장함.

• Hickey (6/5): Convenient - It was cheap and in a very good location. Checking in and out was easy. There was a strong weird smell in the room, but it went away after using the air conditioner for a while. I saw a few bugs even though I didn't open the window. There was a bit of mould,, too. I don't know if I missed a switch to deactivate it, but one of the lights in the room was motion activated and would turn on if I moved too much in my sleep.

• Guest (1/5): 最悪 - 明洞駅から近い 清潔感のない水周りや、床やベッドに小さいゴミやカスが付いていて、最悪の部屋だった。 特にシャワーや洗面台が最悪で、錆もあり、ハエが1匹飛び回っていて、歯磨きやシャワーを浴びるのも嫌だったため、2泊の予定が2泊目からは宿を変え、早朝にこの宿を出てチムジルバンまでいき体を洗った。 また、写真で見ていたよりも部屋がとても狭かった。 いくら駅から近く、安くても絶対にこの宿だけは取らないでください。
• Shigeki (1/5): - 良かった点は全く有りませんでした。 私は5分で見切り他のホテルに行きました。 まず着いてロビー・受付何も無くてあちこち探して30分位ぼーっと立って居たら男の人が歩いて来て外で立ったまま受付をして、5階の部屋と言われエレベーターは無いからと言わるて荷物を持って部屋へ行くと、中はカビと汚れ、おまけに物凄く臭い！部屋に5歩20秒入って直ぐに出ました。お金はもう払ってますのでそのまま他のホテルを探してそっちに泊まりました。 私としては絶対に勧められません。今回は急遽出張が決まり部屋が空いて居なかったので仕方無いですが、 絶対に次は無いです。
• Catherine (9/5): Happy with my stay - Check in instructions sent by the property were clear. The room was as described and clean. I asked for a quiet room on a higher floor and that’s exactly what I was given. If you travel with heavy luggage you might want to ask for a room on a lower floor as there’s no lift. WiFi, AC, fridge all worked perfectly well. The hotel is close to the main road, but I had 0 traffic noise even with the window open. My neighbours were also very quiet. Airport bus stop is 2-3 min walk from the hotel as well as Myeongdong metro station. It’s a budget accommodation that offers very good quality price ratio A large towel would have been better than 2 small ones

Just 3-5 mins walk to the Myeongdong shopping center and bus/train station. First thing I noticed when I got inside the property is the smell. It wasn’t bad, but it smelled like the place was not maintained well, like how old houses would smell like. It’s mentioned in the reviews that there’s no elevator. But you seriously need at least one staff who can help your guests carry their luggage especially if they are on the 5F

First a bit hard to find because it's behind the main road but once you found it, it's handy to go places. And bus stop to go to Airport just right on main road Fridge in room Communication with Host is excellent even though no Reception. It's a self check-in Towels are small, the size of hand towel. Bathroom a bit small but as long there is hot water, is good Kitchen on 3rd floor, no kettle on room

The room itself smelled awful, the bathroom was main source of the smell and the window was open, but it didn’t help at all. There were dead bugs stuck to the walls. The smell. It was so bad I didn’t actually stay there. I managed 15 minutes in the room before I went to find somewhere else to stay.
• Kathlyn (8/5): Convenient but the guesthouse without elevator (after being put in 5th floor) just sucked big time. - It was located really near Exit 4 of Myeongdong station and the room is big for 1 person. They have free water and instant ramen. They are very responsive when you message them. It didn’t have an elevator and I was put on the 5th floor which was a big hassle especially with the luggages and after a long day’s walk. Also had a hiccup with the door lock which didn’t open right away. There was no in-house receptionist/manager (all throughout my stay) so I had to message them here for all my concerns- They responded pretty quick though. The bathroom floor leaks through the room so I had to be careful when showering.

• Warren (10/5): Delighted and will stay here again! - It was just right at Myeongdong so anything you needed from the subway to food to nightlife and shopping were all in a few steps away. The rooms were adorable and clean and complete with everything you need. There was no stay in staff at least for minor concerns or queries.
