Bars and restaurants only metr - Great location for all local are in the historic centre of Viterbo. The property is a mix of old and new and beautifully appointed. De attente aandacht van Antonio maakte ons verblijf zorgeloos. Op elke vraag kwam een snel en adequaat antwoord. Niet aarzelen: meteen boeken want beter hoeft niet. Eigenlijk niets.

Finiture di pregio, spazi organizzati alla perfezione, che rendono il monolocale molto spazioso ed arioso. Simpatica la sauna ad infrarossi in camera, pronta in pochi minuti. Siamo stati benissimo, e sicuramente torneremmo qui se dovessimo ripassare per Viterbo. L'host,inoltre, è estremamente gentile, disponibile, e pronto nelle risposte. Sempre ben gradito il self check in Nulla da segnalare, per fortuna la presenza di un boiler di emergenza ha sopperito al blocco della caldaia.

Antonio poi, è un padrone di casa gentilissimo e presente che sa consigliarti su le cose da visitare e su i posti dove mangiare. È stato uno splendido soggiorno!

• Laurence (10/5): Très belle découverte et probablement le meilleur appartement de nos 3 semaines en Italie. - Tres bel appartement (impression d'être plus grand que sur les photos) très confortable, quasiment neuf. L'hôte était attentif aux demandes et nous a permis de rentrer dans la ville pour déposer les bagages en pied de l'appartement. Situation idéale dans la ville. Lieu entouré de restaurants sans pour autant être dérangés par des nuisances sonores. Souvent des appartements ont 10 alors qu'ils ne méritent pas plus de 7, ici la note est vraiment justifiée. Nous recommandons vraiment cette adresse. Nota: Chiens admis.

Parcheggio pubblico gratuito non vicinissimo ma si raggiunge il centro del paese, situato ad un livello superiore, facilmente attraverso un comodissimo ascensore.

• Aleah (10/5): You'll be so pleased with this choice!! - This place was so so so beautiful. We loved the room, it was spacious, clean and with a top surprise, the Sauna in the room. The room and everything in it has a truly beautiful standard. The colors are warm and inviting. The bed comfortable, the sofa in the livingroom a real sofa and also the rest was simply so awesome! We were able to unwind within a few hours. Such a gem with the best location! Personally, I'd love a little warmer light just to get a bit more atmosphere. I'd also have loved to enjoy true blankets for our sleep. Like a Duvet that is warm and cuddly. But they have the Italian style thingy, so it's understandable. These are minor details, however. The wifi was not very strong in our place, so if you need that, make sure to clarify beforehand.
• Carolyn (10/5): Gorgeous, clean, and comfy! - The Topaz apartment at Tuscus Apartments was beautiful, comfortable, clean, new and modern located in the historic center of the charming Medieval town of Viterbo. The apartment is tastefully furnished with everything you could need for an extended stay. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spacious; plenty of hot water; good water pressure; shower did not leak! Kitchen had a cook top and microwave, large refrigerator/freezer, and necessary pots/pans/dishes/silverware/drinkware. The host works very hard to ensure the apartment is not only clean and functional, but stylish and welcoming. The building has a secure entrance and has been recently updated so the entryway is clean and bright with safe stairs and also an elevator. Host Antonio was very accommodating, allowing us to check-in early and check-out late. He also gave us great recommendations for best local bar and restaurants. Thank you, Antonio, for making our stay in Viterbo enjoyable! When we return to Viterbo, we will be staying at Tuscus Apartments again!

The flat is new, modern, superbly equipped and impeccably clean. Above all, the friendliness and helpfulness of Claudia and her team should be emphasised.
