• Guest (10/5): Супер! - Аппартаменты очень понравились. Было удобно добираться пешком ко всем достопримечательностям. Квартира комфортная для отдыха. Много посуды, есть все необходимое для готовки: и сковорода, и кастрюли, и соль с сахаром и чаем. Очень обрадовала возможность постирать вещи. В ванной комнате также было все необходимое и даже больше: чистые полотенца, шампунь, мыло, кондиционер для волос. Очень дружелюбный хозяин и хозяйка, которые на связи и готовы помочь с любыми вопросами.
• Egor (10/5): The cozies and most welcoming stay! You can always be yourself and get any help! Huge Thanks to owner - we appreciate so - I guess we’ve never met such responsive and helpful landlords/ladies! And I say more - we’ve never seen such clean and equipped apartment in such old historical building! The best stay we’ve had! All you need: equipped kitchen (which may be really important if you have health conditions and/or cultural differences and just simply keeps your budget); washing machine to refresh your clothes - you can not be afraid to stay in Georgia for long; many convenient and vintage furniture; as always - towels, several(!) bed linen sets; and what surprised us - equipped bathroom! hair care, wash and styling! Apartment is on the first floor - we were suspicious, won’t lie, especially in south climate - but no bugs or roaches were found, clean as baby! Also, there’s no air conditioner, but it’s not needed as apart keeps comfortable ~20 degrees even at 40 outside And I must say we haven’t noticed any smell as we’re told in previous reviews, I guess owners have worked on it And the last but not least - location. Stunning Old Town is gonna meet you outside, amazing architecture and cozy narrow streets :) We love it very much, it touched the most! The best value for money you can find in Tbilisi Old Town

• Daniel (9/5): Rich immersive experience - The flat is a mixed between the past and present 😎, like the heritage of the past revisited ! It was pleasant for me an very practical I liked the location, close to main touristic attractions without being crowdy, it is more like a small village in the old town with all amenities nearby As previously mentioned in the comments, there is time to time a subtle piano music, it was a gift for me The WIFI is fast ⚡️ The bathroom is compacted under the stairs, but It was not my plan to spend too much time there 😉 (a large mirror is in the bedroom)
• Elena (10/5): Exceptional - I've been here in March on vacation. The house is old, authentic, the apartment is on the first floor. The owners are very friendly and welcoming and live in the same house. The apartment has an excellent location - at the foot of Mount Mtatsminda, on top of which there is a TV tower and a wheel. Transport, shops, pharmacies, cafes and restaurants, souvenir shops, exchange offices - everything is within walking distance. The apartment itself is authentic and bright. There is everything you need: two heaters, a clothes dryer and ironing board, a kettle, a coffee pot, dishes, cozy blankets, fast Wi-Fi and various literature. I especially liked the drawings on the walls, the piano's sounds in the evenings and the art magazines in German language :)
