• Kathryn (5/5): Disappointing - Location is good Didn’t live up to its rating unfortunately. Bed was uncomfortable and everything a bit tired. Not enough pillows or bed linen available to make you comfortable with a duvet with no cover. Kitchen wasn’t suitable for cooking with limited utensils and no effort to make it easy for tourists with no kitchen towels tea towels dishwasher or washing tablets. No iron and ironing board.

• Konstantinos (9/5): - Cozy, renovated apartment, nice facilities (bed, kitchen, sofa, large wardrobe and bathroom). Great location in the center of the city with great options around. Too loud around during the night due to main road traffic/activities and a small bar nearby. Not very clean (covers, fabrics, floor).
• ΤΟΠΟΥΖΗ (7/5): Ελλιπής καθαριότητα, τέλεια τοποθεσία - Ηταν σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο Επρεπε να πάρουμε τα κλειδιά από ενα μαγαζί που δε μιλούσε αγγλικά και μας φώναζε που δεν καταλαβαίναμε ιταλικά δεν ξέρω γιατί. Επίσης πάνω υπήρχαν τρίχες και αρκετή σκόνη στο πάτωμα σε εμφανή σημεία. Ηταν φανερά ασκούπιστα και οι πετσέτες ήταν φθαρμένες και ξεβαμμένες.
• Marius (9/5): Good for those who want to be in the heart of the action. - Great central location, close to everything! The place was clean and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to all our messages. A perfect base for exploring Bologna! The apartment had a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke, so we had to sleep with the windows open all night. Also, because of the central location, it was quite noisy outside until 3 AM. While we understand the street noise isn't the host's fault, it’s something to keep in mind if you are a light sleeper.

• Giuseppe Memola (4/5): Positiva la posizione, ma per il resto... - La posizione dell'appartamento è il vero punto forte: sei a due passi da tutto, in pienissimo centro. Purtroppo l'appartamento non era stato pulito accuratamente. C'erano persino giochini di precedenti visitatori sotto i letti e polvere sparsa per la casa. Non una bottiglia d'acqua, un addobbo natalizio, niente di accogliente. Il proprietario ci ha contattati solo per telefono via whatsapp, mentre la cosa peggiore è stata una puzza di fogna costante dal primo all'ultimo giorno: probabilmente l'inconveniente non dipende dal proprietario ma è stato un aspetto molto molto fastidioso.

• Julie (9/5): This property was within walking distance of all the major attractions, and it was clean and comfortable. I would stay h - The property was in the heart of the historic center, and very walkable to all major sites .The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a huge shower, which is a rare find in Europe. And the kitchen had all the amenities needed to make a meal. And it had Netflix! Could not get the heating rack in the bathroom to turn on.

• Anastasiia (7/5): The location was very convenient for exploring the city. - The bed linen didn’t appear freshly laundered and had a yellowish tint, which gave the impression it had already been used. Most of the dishes were not properly cleaned, so we had to wash them before use. There were dirty cloths left in the kitchen sink. We couldn’t get the air conditioner to work in the kitchen, and the one in the bedroom was very noisy. Only a bar of soap was provided as toiletries. There was also quite a bit of street noise. Overall, the apartment could benefit from more attention to cleanliness and maintenance. On the positive side, it was nice to have a hairdryer, an iron, and laundry gel available. Dishwasher capsules were also provided.

Just a suggestion… towels and sheets need replacing. It doesn’t cost much but will give a better look to the property!

• Emanuel (8/5): Very nice place, in the center of the city, cozy. - Location was great, the place is big and nice for a couple or small family. Right in the center of the center of the city. Big and cozy. Not so noisy and great for a quick vacation. We didn't have an espresso machine (or I didn't see one). The towels, although clean, they had a smell, so it's better to bring one. The bed sheets also need to be changed, but these are small details, we really liked the apartment. Would recommend and would definetly come back.

Also price quality very very good! No cutlery, too little toilet paper (2 rolls for 3 people for 5 days), also recommend installing a little key box in front of the door for picking up the key
• Ayse (8/5): At the heart of Bologna, pricey apartment - Location of the apartment. It was airy and large, and renovated. The beds were comfortable. The airconditioning made a lot of noise and it was not warm enough. In spring it is not a problem but In winter it may be a problem. The towels were old and had stains. . For the price of the apartment it could be better. At booking.com there was coffee tea maker, coffee machine but there is only kettle. We had to wait about an hour for the host to come and bring the keys, he compensated by offering us coffee.

The check-in was confussed, I received a WhatsApp with a wrong link, after several messages we managed to send the Information but we had to contact another number and wait for the instruccions by mail for the check-in...Finally we had to contact by phone and wait at the front door the lady with the keys. The sofabed was very uncomfortable. The towels were old, there were not enough toilet paper, and no kitchen paper or napkins. The heating only came on for a few Hours and the air conditioner did not work. The dining table was very uncomfortable to sit at. And at the end I received a WhatsApp asking us to check in before 10 when the time was at 11 and to pay the municipal tax that we had already paid
