• Aleksandra (7/5): Рядом комбини, метро, супермаркеты.шикарно. - Отличный домик(апартаменты), удобное расположение комнат. Общая зона (зал), просто огонь. Персонал замечательный , отзывчивый, всегда помогут и ответят. Все соответствует фотографиям. В квартире не проводится влажная уборка. Это мытья полов, протирание пыли. Я считаю обязательно перед каждыми жильцами проводить такую уборку. Прямо были грязные полы. Мы написали и к нам пришли помыли. Ну тоже не очень хорошо. Пришлось самим убираться. Влажная уборка это: Ведро воды, тряпка для мытья полов. Тряпочка для протирания пыли. А не одноразовые мокрые салфетки. Как ими можно убрать? Клининг, влажный просто необходим.

• Stephanie (3/5): Poor - It was conveniently located near several restaurants, minutes away from train station. Extremely dusty, the bathroom smelled horrible like it needed a DEEP clean, there were dead roaches found, extremely dusty and moldy.
• Justin (8/5): Great value, esp if on a budget and want to cook your own meals. - The apartment was very spacious, included all appliences, cutlery and goods needed to cook or even do laundry ( hang dry option. ) All basic amedities were covered for a short stay in Osaka. The accomodations were a bit worn and used, Bathroom specifically had obvious trim mold and rusting, the bed frames and things like the kitchen table had loose legs. The location is not very close to any train or subway station if you have large luggage - the building has no elevator. While the place does have 3 bedrooms ( two bedrooms have multiple beds ) and can house a large number of guests, please note there is only one bathroom and one toilet. While they are in seperate rooms - the Shower ( wet room ) room feeds into an open / shared space. If you are traveling with people who are focused on privacy, it is difficult with a group at this accomodation.

• Straferrr (10/5): Lovely apartment stay in Osaka - The rooms were nicer than expected, quite spacious, and really clean. Perfect for a group or family. Fully furnished kitchen, decent sized fridge, and nicely placed sofa and couch in the living room. One bedroom was missing an air condition remote. The stairway was really humid with a few mosquitoes.
• Ra (10/5): We had an excellent stay - excellent location. - Location of the property. It was easy to find considering none of us had been to Osaka before. It was handy to everything. Also the fact that it had a washing machine was great. We didn't use the cooking facilities as we were only there to sleep.
