• Judith Mary (6/5): - La cercanía a las cascadas. El agua no salía caliente ( es un lugar demasiado frío como para no poder darte una ducha con agua caliente). Te reciben como si te hicieran un favor hospedandote ahí. Camas incómodas.

Dopo aver aspettato un ora ho trovato un altra sistemazione.......e sono stato contattato troppo tardi dopo le 8 di sera........Gradirei un rimborso anche parziale per non aver usufruito del servizio

• Richard (8/5): Met our expectations except for the two items above. Good value for the price. - Clean and comfortable. Free parking. Didn't meet the proprietor until the next morning after our stay. Ran out of hot water during my shower.
• Efoxka (3/5): - Uklízečka byla milá Velký hluk v noci, spaní u silnice. Recepční absolutně neochotná. Měla problém s tím, že jsme měli přijet o 15minut později, přitom byl klíč stejně akorát ve schránce pod heslem. V koupelně málo světla a zima.
• Jan (2/5): - Majitelka byla nepříjemná od samého začátku. Přijeli jsme s dětmi na kolech, které jsme podle majitelky měli zaparkovat za domem na trávě. Když jsem potom dovezl auto s našimi věcmi,, byla nepříjemná, že už máme zaparkována kola a vyhazovala mě zaparkovat auto na nádraží asi kilometr daleko. Stačilo.

• Daria (9/5): Этот отель был выбран по пути, что было свободное! На одну ночь нам подошло, но если бы отопление, было бы лучше! - Красивый вид из номера! Прям на горы! Холодно в номере, были с маленькими детьми!
• Tanja (5/5): Eher nicht noch einmal ! - Das Bett war ganz bequem und die Aussicht auf die Berge waren schön! Leider war viel Staub in der Wohnung besonders im Badezimmer. Das Zimmer roch sehr nach alten Möbeln also muffig… Die Heizung im Bad kaputt und hinter der Heizung waren Zigaretten Stummel und das warme Wasser glich eher einer Kneippkur. Eiskalt und dann wieder heiß! Insgesamt war der Service auch auf Beschwerde nicht gut. Ich wurde als Gast unverschämt angeschrieben als ich beschrieb was nicht gut sei. Personal war beim Check in im Haus nicht anwesend. Kein entgegenkommen kein es tut uns leid. Wirklich leider nicht empfehlenswert.

• Marcus (8/5): - Die Umgebung hat uns sehr gefallen, man kann auch in den Wintermonaten viel unternehmen. Gute Restaurants und gute Cafés. Das Hotelzimmer ist alt ausgestattet, aber alles in Takt und sehr sauber.
• Brus (1/5): - Kljub predhodnem plačilu, je bila prijava zavrnjena. Torej prenočišča nisem uporabil, plačilo 75 € pa mi ni bilo vrnjeno, čeprav sem nekajkrat poskušal vzpostaviti kontakt. Smatram da bi bilo pošteno da se mi denar vrne, saj ni bila moja krivda za zavrnitev prijave, zaradi česar s soprogo sploh nisva šla na potovanje.

• Iefke (6/5): Voor een tussenstop naar Kroatië prima en niet duur. - Plek, ontbijt was goed en vriendelijk personeel We hadden een piepklein ijskoud waterstraaltje uit de douche.
• Birgit (1/5): Einfachste Monteursunterkunft mit Hygienemängeln und Sanierungstau, unangenehme Gastgeberin. - Zum Glück nur für eine Nacht gebucht! Spar-Markt in der Nähe. Die Zimmerausstattung ist abgenutzt, aus den 1980er Jahren. Seither wurde nur immer nur das allernotwendigste renoviert bzw. ersetzt. "Nichts saniert, nur kassiert!" - Hier passt das wirklich - siehe Fotos: Die Bettdecken sind verschlissen, löchrig. Die Matratze unter dem Moltontuch gelb-fleckig, trotz waschbarem Bezug. Im sehr dunkelem Bad sind Duschkabine u. Fliesenfugen mit Schwarzschimmel befallen. Der Duschkopfhalter ist nicht nach unten verstellbar (sprüht nur zur Wand). Die Armaturen, auch beim Waschtisch sind dreckig und verschlissen, auch der Seifenspender. Der Kühlschrank ist verschmutzt und schimmelig. Alle Lichtschalter im Zimmer und alle Taster im Treppenhaus waren extrem ekelig dreckig. (Schalter im Zimmer aus Hygienegründen selbst desinfiziert, gereinigt). Zimmer, Bad und Treppenhaus sind nur schwach beleuchtet. Das Frühstück für die Gäste wurde von der Gast- Wirtin in der ebenfalls schummerigen Küche vorbereitet, dabei war der große Hund der Wirtin mit in der Küche anwesend. Gast-Hunde sind lt. anderen Gästen nicht erwünscht. Die Wirtin machte als Gastgeberin keinen guten Job: pampig, unfreundlicher Empfang, kurzangebunden, latent aggressiv, wenig hilfsbereit, obwohl wir keinen der dort vorgefunden unschönen Umstände bei unser einen Übernachtung, angesprochen haben. Als Hausdame ist sie offensichtlich eine Fehlbesetztung. Viele der Zimmer/Balkone liegen direkt an der Durchgansstraße mit Schwerlastverkehr. Auf dieser Hausseite sind die Balkone nicht separat abgeteilt ,somit auch für alle anderne Gäste frei zugängig und bieten keine Privatsphäre, sondern Fensterblick beim Nachbarn. Der Balkon wirkte baufällig (mit rostigem Tisch, 2 Stühlen, herraussstehende Nägel, teilweise wegerottetes Holzgeländer). (Zu) wenig PKW-Stellplätze am Haus vorhanden, wir mussten unseren Motorradanhänger auf unbewachtem Parkplatz außerhalb der Ortschaft abstellen. Preis Leistung passen nicht . Kein Ort zum Entspannen oder Erholen. Schwere...
• Robert (7/5): Učitě nebrat pokoje směrem k hlavní silnici. - Místo je fajn. Jen pokoje na silnici jsou díky hluku z aut pro nahluchlé. Je tam příšerný provoz a na balkoně nejde sedět. Paní domácí je značně nepříjemná na Čechy. Ostatní personál je příjemný.

• Heike (1/5): Es war ein Alptraum - Die Lage Gastgeberin sehr unfreundlich,frech,unverschämt,hat nur geschrien. Wollte uns um 20:30 nicht mehr ins Hotel lassen. Da wir lange im Stau standen,kamen wir erst um 20:30 an. Sie sagte,das wäre nicht ihr Problem. Einchecken nur bis 20:00. Es gab einen Schlüsselkasten mit einem Code. Daher ist es eigentlich kein Problem,wenn man sich verspätet. Bloß einen großen Bogen machen um dieses Hotel. Sehr menschenunwürdig diese Frau.

• Sandra (3/5): Absolut nicht empfehlenswert - Lage Nähe zum Bahnhof und Parkmöglichkeiten Extrem unfreundliches Personal. Mobilität Card nicht verfügbar. WLAN hat nicht funktioniert. Sehr in die Jahre gekommen, nicht wirklich sauber. Unbequemes Bett. Frühstück war nicht täglich buchbar, da nur möglich, wenn die Gastgeberin zufällig im Haus war.

• Leticia (1/5): Worst experience ever - Nothing I stayed for 2 nights, me and my family. The toilets were smelling so bad, like smell of sewage. Also we are in Austria, in December, -2 and there was no hot water. The hot water stayed for 1 min, then cold water, hot water again for 1 min then cold again. Impossible to take a shower. I asked the lady to help, she did absolutely nothing. 2 days without a shower, for me and my family with a really cold weather. Also the lady was so rude and at the end she informed us to pay city tax per night and accepted only cash. Booking.com did not advise we had to pay 10 euros for tax and the hotel did not accepted card only cash? We had to drive and look for a place to take cash. Was the worst experience ever. Was supposed to be a happy family trip. Never booking this place again.

• Elisabetta (5/5): - Siamo arrivati e la location non aveva nemmeno una luce accesa esterna, sembrava chiuso. Ho chiamato e ho fatto il check in con un telefono adibito. Siamo entrati ed i locali erano freddi assai. Le camere fredde, c'era solo un piccolissimo termosifone a corrente, così come in bagno. Tralascio il fatto che nella mia camera non avevo gli asciugamani da doccia.La mattina seguente c'era la signora delle pulizie, non so era la proprietaria, che mi ha detto in malo modo che il check out era alle ore 10. Ok le ho detto, andiamo a fare colazione e torniamo. No, mi ha risposto, qui è tutto chiuso e non ci sono posti per il break fast. Andiamo in pasticceria le ho risposto! Allora ha acconsentito. Il prezzo è molto alto in base a quello che offre la location.
• Sobir (10/5): - Завтрак в домашней атмосфере. Хозяйка общалась с нами и другими гостями, подливала свежий кофе/чай. В кухонной зоне была очень приятная новогодняя обстановка. В шкафу и на краю унитаза были небольшие пряди длинных волос, но так как мы остановились всего на одну ночь это не критично. Плюсы все равно перевешивают :)

• Charitha (1/5): - The room was basic and okay for very short stay. I'm not sure whether the person we interacted with was the owner or an employee, but she was extremely rude. Any help we asked for was met with a rude and dismissive response. I would never recommend this place, not even for a one-day stay. Stay away if you want a good experience, as it completely spoiled the start of our day. Also, avoid the breakfast here.
