• Balam (10/5): Perfect place to use as a base to explore Albir and its surroundings. - The best of this property is the location. The beach is super close. There are good restaurants just across the street, suitable for breakfast. There is also a supermarket in walking distance range. Finally, the shower is perfect. After sunset some winged ants appeared in the room but very normal taking into account the natural environment of the location, this is nothing compared to all the other good advantages of the property.

• Oihane (10/5): Maravillosa estancia - El anfitrión Vicent una maravilla, pendiente de nuestra llegada y nuestra salida y nos facilitó información para nuestra estancia en la zona. El apartamento muy acogedor, y con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. Hay parking en la comunidad y en menos de 5 minutos ya está la playa. Sin duda repetiremos!
• Marta (10/5): - Nos quedamos un finde y la verdad que Vicent nos atendió muy bien y ha estado atento a nosotros en todo momento, un 10!! Repetiremos. El apartamento muy limpio y todo en muy bien estado.
• Michele (9/5): Very good. - Communication throughout with the host was excellent. He met us on arrival, explained all aspects of the apartment, even advising of local chemist, eateries, thigs to do etc. The bed was soooooo comfortable - the best mattress we have ever used. The apartment is compact but well laid out, with everything you need. It was very clean, had spare towels [if needed], spare blankets for if it was cold etc - Thank you Vincent, we had a lovely stay

• V (8/5): A Peaceful and Relaxing Stay with some Difficulties with Home Appliances and Electricity - The location of the Apts Esmeralda is great near all the services of L'Albir. Also bus stop is near. Te view to the pool and towards some trees lining the apartment complex is very pleasant and relaxing. Also the sleep quality was exellent. The anatomical Grafeno brand mattress was very good. The complex was quiet at night due the very considerate neighbours. The kitchen equipment was also top notch including among others Whirlpool induction stove and oven with air cirulation function. Also the fridge was big and hig quality. The TCL brand tv with Google tv function was very nice as well as the comfy sofa. Also it was very positive that the host providef for a good air heater to bathroom as it was wintertime during our stay. Some basic supplies such as coffee pods and olive oil spray were left to our use which was nice. The host and his family was very polite and helpful during our stay. We would consider staying again. We had some problems with the washing mashine which was not very useable (brand Bluesky and near final of its life cycle). Also the simple diswasher had it share of operational problems. It was not very good to pump out the water after the wash. We decided to use coin laundry and wash our dishes by hand instead. As the coin laundries in L'Abir are sadly not very good we found better ones in Benidorm. For winter stays one must note the appartment floor which looks like wood is actually tile. That is why surface of the floor feels quite cold. Luckily we had wollen socks with us as there are no carpets in the aprtment. The apartment block dates from several decades past. Although the apartment is nicely renovated the capacity of the fuse box is limited. If you used more than one electricity demanding apparel at same time the automatic fuses may cut the power out resulting to a sudden black out. You have to get up to a chair to be able to reset fuses as the fusebox is located high up over the exit door. We stayed a week and no change of sheets or towels was offered. The water heater was quite big in size but it deamnded a longer time (half hour or more) to heat again after the supply of hot water run out. This meant a second person could not use the shower very soon/or wash the dishes with warm water if the first person had a longer shower.

• Fiona (10/5): Petite in size but delivers a lot for your next stay - Vincent was so welcoming and kind. He provided plenty of information about the apartment and Albir. The apartment is petite but perfectly formed. It feels like it’s been recently renovated as it is very clean with great appliances. The location was very quiet but close to super ammenities. We particularly liked the free secure parking on site which is very rare in Europe. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for us. Nothing

• Sylvia (9/5): Lovely apartment in a great location - The apartment was modern, clean, and very well equipped. It is within an apartment complex, overlooking a large pool and with access to a balcony. There is covered parking available on site. The location is excellent. It's a short walk to the seafront and restaurants and bars. In fact, there are 3 or 4 restaurants about 50m from the apartment complex itself. In spite of this, the apartment complex was very quiet and peaceful. The owner of the apartment, Vicente, is lovely. He is very helpful providing information about the area, where to eat etc. Unfortunately, due to health problems, we had to leave early, but Vicente was very understanding and came around specially to help us with our luggage on checking out. We would definitely recommend this property. Nothing.
• Myriam (9/5): Super! - Le logement est petit mais très sympa. Le propriétaire est là pour nous renseigner et nous aider. Le propriétaire nous avait prévu 2 petits chocolat pour nous accueillir. Dommage qu'il n'y avait pas une bouteille d'eau.

Repetiremos Por decir algo y a modo de ayudar a mejorar a mi el colchón se me ha quedado muy blando y he tenido que dormir en el el sofá cama que era mas de mi estilo y por otro lado yo añadiría mas material para la cocina como algunos vasos más, algunos platos y cubiertos. Pero vamos, que genial el sitio.

El piso es muy simple/básico, pero estaba muy limpio, ordenado y equipado con todo lo necesario. La urbanización tiene piscina y parking y es super tranquila. El trato del anfitrión fue muy amable y nos recibió de maravilla. El alojamiento es perfecto para una familia de 4 y la ubicación resulta ideal para explorar L’Albir y las playas de la Costa Blanca. Nada :)

• JOSE (10/5): Totalmente recomendable para pasar unos días tranquilos y relajados en la costa alicantina. - Ambiente tranquilo y familiar. Un 10 para Vicent, un gran anfitrión siempre pendiente de nosotros.
• Rosa Maria (10/5): - Vicente el anfitrión es encantador , en todo momento se preocupo de nosotros, nos recibió el personalmente y nos enseñó el apartamento. Como buen anfitrión nos mandó al wasap , que visitar, donde poder comer incluso donde estaba la farmacia.. Al apartamento no le falta detalle , lo que puedas necesitar lo tienes ( plancha para la ropa,.secador, productos de limpieza, horno , microondas, lavavajillas , utensilios de cocina, toballas). Tanto la cama de matrimonio como el sofá cama son comodísimos (sofá cama grande para dos). Y sino fuera poco el día de la salida nos dio tarjetas para que desayunamos. Lo dicho encantada al 100%.

• Robert (10/5): Exceptional - Very friendly and helpful owner, absolutely everything you need in a perfect location near shops, beach and a lovely walk up into the nature reserve overlooking the sea.
• Grzesiek (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, just a 5-minute walk from the sea. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is very nicely furnished and equipped with all the amenities. The host is very friendly and helpful.

The host was very helpful and provided excellent info on the area - you could not ask for a better host :o)
