• Antoine (8/5): Petit - L'emplacement qui est idéal pour se déplacer dans Madrid. Le lit très confortable, la propreté, les équipements fournis ansi que serviette de douche propre. Le fait de pas avoir suffisamment d'espace pour manger. Et de pas avoir de micro-ondes.

• Vladimir (3/5): - The apartment is misleadingly advertised. There was supposed to be a living room with a sofa and TV, but it didn’t exist. We were left in an extremely small room with barely enough space to move. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and there was only one power socket for all our devices. There are cameras in the hall and kitchen, which felt very intrusive. The kitchen was essentially unusable, and with most places in Madrid opening late, this was a big inconvenience. The bathroom is tiny and very uncomfortable to use. On top of that, there were strict cleaning rules (wiping shower glass and sink after every use), which made the stay feel stressful rather than relaxing. The building and doors are old and difficult to use, with complicated instructions just to get in. Our room also had a broken curtain. Overall, not worth it, felt more like a monitored, uncomfortable stay than a vacation.

• Holger (8/5): La estancia en si estuvo buena por la comodidad de la habitación, pero tiene sus fallas en cuanto aseo, internet y el ru - La cama era comoda habia una mesa bien por ese lado La cobija parecia sucia por el olor, el internet no llegaba bien, el calentador era muy regular

• Lamas (10/5): - La habitación muy bonita, muy cuidada, con ventana y en general todo el apartamento está muy ordenado y limpio. En par de oportunidades le pedí a David acceso a algunas cosas como la tetera por ejemplo, y totalmente colaborador. Tiene una línea de bús que te lleva al centro, y a unas 6 cuadras el metro de la linea 1, que también va al centro. Yo lo tomé porque era un buen precio, y en los comentarios las personas lo recomendaban mucho, así que totalmente acertada la decisión, recomiendo también!

• Strobel (10/5): Rundum super, ich komme wieder! - Super Lage 10min von Metro Linie 1 und wunderschöne Aussicht auf Madrid aufgrund der Lage im 4. Stock. Der Gastgeber war extrem hilfsbereit, nett und hat mir alle Fragen gerne beantwortet. Leider gab es keine Klimaanlage was nicht so tragisch wäre, wenn der Ventilator nicht so laut gewesen wäre. Das hat ein wenig beim Schlafen gestört aber es war auszuhalten
• Iveta (10/5): - Nuestra estancia en la casa de David fue simplemente maravillosa. Desde el primer momento nos hizo sentir como en nuestro propio hogar: todo muy cómodo, seguro y cuidado en cada detalle. El piso es muy bonito, bien ubicado y justo al lado hay un parque precioso, ideal para pasear y relajarse. David es una persona increíblemente atenta, amable y siempre dispuesta a ayudar, lo que convirtió nuestra experiencia en algo especial. Gracias a él tuvimos tranquilidad, confianza y un ambiente perfecto para nuestra estancia en Madrid. Lo recomendamos al 100 % sin ninguna duda. Si alguien busca un lugar acogedor, bien situado y con un anfitrión excepcional, David es la mejor opción.

• acosta (8/5): Linda zona - Buena ubicacion, ordenado y prolijo. No es céntrico, pero pasan buses en la esquina. No había aire acondicionado, solo ventilador, y hacian casi 40 grados, algo que era para más que un ventilador. Es un poco caro y si bien, está en las condiciones, se nos cobró penalidad x llegar 1 hora más tarde del horario de check in, ya que nuestro vuelo se retraso. Nada de consideración.
