• Richard (8/5): - Emplacement intéressant entre plage et ville. Accès facile aux commerces, restaurants et centre ville d'Héraklion. L'appartement en rez de chaussée est un peu sombre, mais cela n'empêche pas le confort et la tranquillité.

• Marko (10/5): - We had a great stay. We were initially given a room that wasn't cleaned. We called Sarri apartment and they explained that this was due to a mix-up in the cleaning schedules. They apologized and promptly upgraded us to a different apartment, which was very clean and comfortable.
• Gerald (9/5): Would definitely stay again. I had an enjoyable, quiet week away from busy Heraklion. - I think there are four apartments so they might vary but mine was of a very high standard. The location is in a normal, non-touristy area; near buses; near beach. There was plentiful hot water all the time; good modern bathroom; good mattress; lots of storage space. Shops and usual amenities within walking distance and a very big supermarket 100m away. I did not have a car but there seemed to be good parking in the area. I could be picky in terms of kitchen equipment - e.g. I could not find an orange squeezer; and a m/wave and toaster would have been great extras; plenty of electric lighting but my suite had not much natural light, but not a problem at all; views at back of block are limited but I had a long balcony.

• Oksana (10/5): Комфортне та тихе житло - Дуже зручне розташування, все необхідне є поряд. Гарне помешкання, все доглянуте та чисте. Є пральна машина,тож можна було брати з собою меньше речей. Не було ножа та доски на кухні, але то дрібниці, ми це все докупили.

Mancava uno strofinaccio o tovaglioli e mancavano sale e olio in cucina, utile sarebbe stato due bustine di the essendo arrivati molto tardi. Parcheggio un po complicato di sera.

Los alrededores son como los de na periferia industria, muchas casas a medio construir, un poco sucios, etc. En la casa faltan algunos elementos que podrían hacer más cómoda la estancia (aceite, sal, utensilios, etc.) No hay casi trato con los arrendadores (algo común en los alquileres turísticos de hoy en día).

• architects (9/5): - Όμορφη τοποθεσία και ήρεμη γειτονιά. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ άνετο για ζευγάρι και όμορφα ανακαινισμενο. Πολύ κοντά στη θάλασσα!!!!! Θα ήταν πολύ βοηθητικό να είχε κάποιο σίδερο και κάψουλες καφέ.

• Bernd (9/5): super modernes Appartement zum optimalen Preis - Super moderne Einrichtung (Küche, Bad, Wohnzkmmer, extra Schlafzimmer), Balkon mit (fast) Meerblick, Waschmasvhine, Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus, in drei Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Ammoudarastrand und in drei Minuten mit dem Auto im Zentrum von Heraklion, große Supermärkte (Lidl und Sklavenitis) gleich nebenan, super Preis-Leistung, wir hatten keinen Grund zur Klage außer vielleicht der etwas abseitigen Lage

• Ilias (10/5): - Gute Ausstattung, es ist alles da und funktioniert sogar. Guter schneller Service, ruhig gelegen, Parken fast direkt vor der Türe. Schöne moderne Einrichtung, tolle Dusche, Küche ist gut, Mikrowelle, Besteck war etwas knapp (hätten wir bestimmt mehr bekommen bei Nachfrage). Waschmaschine war auch gut. Sehr geräumiges Apartment, Balkon ist lang aber schmal. Das Bett war ziemlich breit, die Matratze sehr gut. Gerne wieder. Das Umfeld war halt ein normales Wohnviertel.

• Karen (9/5): Gezellig appartement in een rustige buurt vlakbij verschillende toegangswegen - Gezellig appartement in de buitenwijk van Heraklion. Wij hadden een auto gehuurd om verplaatsingen te doen, maar in de buurt zelf is er ook veel op wandelafstand (supermarkt, restaurants, strand…) Het is gelegen vlakbij grote invalswegen, maar daar merk je niets van. Het is erg rustig bij het appartement. De instructies voor de toegang werden wat te laat verstuurd waardoor we niet binnen konden bij aankomst. Gelukkig heeft de man op het gelijkvloers ons kunnen helpen en met de host gebeld. Toen ik verbinding maakte met de wifi kreeg ik wel een bericht met de toegangscode.
• Sylwia (3/5): Nie polecam - Wygodne łóżko i dużą kanapa. Pomimo prośby o wcześniejsze zameldowanie nie dostaliśmy pokoju, który jak się okazało był już gotowy. Mało tego gospodarz widać w ogóle zapomniał o nas bo od 15 (godzina zameldowania) staliśmy pod obiektem, nie dostaliśmy dalszych instrukcji jak się dostać do środka, nie było nikogo też na miejscu. Po mojej interwencji na booking pani wysłała kod do apartamentu po ok 30/40 min. Okazało się że dostaliśmy pokoj na piętrze a nie na parterze który miałam w rezerwacji. Nie było w nim ani mikrofali ani kuchenki jak wskazywał opis udogodnień. Zgłosiłam to. Gospodarz dał nam apartament na parterze ale to nadal nie był ten z rezerwacji. Był o wiele mniejszy i na pewno nie miał obiecanych 45m2. Łazienka mała, przejście między toaleta a ścianą bardzo wąskie, w dodatku drzwi przesuwne które ciężko wskakiwały na szyny żeby domknąć je do końca. Zero wyciszenia. W sypialni również drzwi przesuwne. Szafa duża ale bez polek, kilka wieszaków na drążku i to wszystko. Nie działająca łapka nocna. Problem ze śmieciami - jeden mały worek na cały pobyt. Jednym słowem jestem niezadowolona. Opinie pisze kiedy już ochłonęłam bo na początku byłam rozczarowana i zawiedziona i dałabym 1 gwiazdkę. Jak ktoś lubi niespodzianki podczas podróży to tu ich nie braknie.

• Eirini (7/5): - Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος ήταν πολύ όμορφη και ήσυχη και το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο. Δυστυχώς η καθαριότητα δεν ήταν αρκετά προσεγμένη. Στο μπαλκόνι υπήρχαν μπόλικα πεταμένα φλούδια από ηλιόσπορους, οι πετσέτες είχαν στίγματα και δεν μύριζαν καθόλου ωραία και σε αρκετά σημεία στο δωμάτιο, υπήρχε σκόνη.
• Draugi (8/5): Bis auf die rudimentäre Ausstattung der Küche war ich eigentlich sehr zufrieden. - Lage ist in Ordnung. Strand der eher von Einheimischen genutzt wird ist ein paar Minuten zu Fuß und ein LIDL Supermarkt ist direkt ums Eck. Klima und WLAN haben gut funktioniert. Warmwasser dauert etwas, kommt dann aber brühwarm raus. Parkplatz vor dem Haus war auch immer verfügbar. Die Lage im Wohngebiet hat ihre Vor- und Nachteile. Der größte Nachteil ist die Hellhörigkeit und das nächtliche Hundegebell aus der Nachbarschaft. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ehrlich gesagt lächerlich. Gemüse musste ich mit dem normalen Besteckmesser schneiden und da es kein Pfannenwender oder ähnliches gab, wundert es mich nicht, dass die Beschichtung der Pfanne völlig hinüber war. Mehr Mülltüten oder wenigstens Öl, Salz, Pfeffer wären auch nicht verkehrt gewesen. Angeblich gibt es eine Waschmaschine, die Frage wo die sein soll wurde nicht beantwortet. Habe daher von Hand gewaschen.

• Victoria (10/5): perfekter Aufenthalt!! - Das Apartment ist super sauber, modern und liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet und auch das Bad ist sehr modern und war super sauber! Bushaltestelle nach Heraklion ist nur 2 Min. entfernt ebenso ein großer Supermarkt, wo man wirklich fast alles kaufen kann. Der Strand ist auch nur 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen- und ist touristisch nicht so überlaufen. Der Kontakt zu Christie war sehr höflich und auch der Check-in ohne Probleme- Vielen Dank für alles - ich komme auf jeden fall wieder!! -

• Anastasia (8/5): - Ικανοποιητική η τοποθεσία του δωματίου,με αρκετό χώρο για δημόσια στάθμευση και πολύ κοντά σε σούπερ μαρκετ και παραλίες. Η καθυστερημένη ενημέρωση σχετικά με τον αριθμό του δωματίου και τον κωδικό PIN για τη παραλαβή των κλειδιών. Επίσης,τα σεντόνια του κρεβατιού είχαν μια δυσάρεστη οσμή,ίσως λόγω της πιθανής υγρασίας του χώρου.
• Camelia (9/5): O locație potrivita pentru un sejur de câteva zile - Aproape de plaja neamenajata (5-7 minute de mers pe jos), zona relativ liniștită (circula rar masini pe strada din fata proprietatii), parcare ușor de găsit în zona, supermarket la 5 minute de mers pe jos, comunicare bună cu gazda, patul foarte confortabil, lenjerie impecabila. Usa si cele doua ferestre ale apartamentului nr.3 (unde am fost cazati) da spre ziduri de case neterminate, (toată zona este o aglomerație de case/blocuri mai mult sau mai puțin terminate, fără pomi/spatii verzi intre ele) ceea ce este foarte dezolant. S-ar putea imbunatati cu cateva ghivece de flori/plante in jurul gardului despartitor. Bucătăria ar trebui dotata mai bine (de ex. cu o lingura de lemn, o strecurătoare pentru ceai, o paleta pentru omleta etc.) si totodată nu ar strica sa existe și câteva condimente necesare unui preparat rapid (piper, busuioc, oregano etc). Baia este frumoasa insa foarte mica, cineva mai corpolent se va strecura foarte greu pe langa WC către zona de dus.

• mixalis (10/5): Όλα ήταν εξαιρετικά - Το apartment ήταν πολύ καθαρό και η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική καθώς λίγα μέτρα πιο κάτω ήταν η παραλία,σχετικά δίπλα ήταν δυο σουπερμάρκετ και πολύ κοντά είχε και στάση λεωφορείου με τακτικά δρομολόγια στο κέντρο του Ηρακλείου.Ενα μεγάλο συν είναι ότι στο ψυγείο είχε εμφιαλωμένα νερά καθώς είχαμε φτάσει βράδυ και ήταν όλα κλειστά. Το συνιστώ σε όλους και σε ενδεχόμενη μελλοντική επίσκεψη στο Ηρακλείο θα το προτιμήσω.

• Kalina (8/5): Nice stay - The apartments are very new, renovated and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and we could cook breakfast/lunch. It is 5 minutes from the beach which was nice. Parking in front of the apartments was very easy. All in all we enjoyed our stay a lot. No big complaints, just small things that could be improved: - There was no soap, washing up liquid, rubbish bags. We had to buy some and leave them behind - It is somewhat loud outside late in the evening / early in the morning - people sit in front of the apartments and if you wake up easily you should close the windows
• Simona (7/5): Appartamento grazioso ospite gentile - Indicazioni della nostra ospite chiare, puntuali e dettagliate. L'appartamento è nuovo, molto pulito e fornito di quasi tutto il necessario. La vicina spiaggia è carina, e al piccolo chiosco con 10 euro puoi affittare 2 lettini, l'ombrellone e due caffè! Intorno è pieno di market e supermarket La fermata dell'autobus è molto comoda, sicuramente meglio dei taxi locali! Abbiamo avuto l'infelice idea di dare al tassista dell'aeroporto l'indirizzo che ci compariva su booking (https://maps.app.goo.gl/84j6oMg4beYPfpw56) e ci ha lasciati in una casa in mezzo alla campagna! Nel tempo di realizzare che ci trovavamo nel posto sbagliato era sparito! Abbiamo camminato fino alla primo benzinaio eko e abbiamo chiamato un altro taxi ... che miracolosamente è arrivato! Mi ha colpita che in un appartamento dove c'è addirittura il ferro da stiro, mancassero poi oggetti, a mio parere fondamentali come il necessario per lavare i piatti, un panno per la cucina... abbiamo comprato le cialde per la macchina del caffè... non si accendeva! L'appartamento meriterebbe una valutazione in più, se fossero più curati i dettagli.
• Elisa (10/5): - Casa super nuova ,pulita ,accogliente e curata nel dettaglio. Posto strategico e tranquillo per raggiungere numerose mete . Proprietari di casa disponibili e gentilissimi. Consigliato!
• Alfonso (10/5): 👍 - El apartamento es nuevo,y muy completo.tiene terraza. La playa está muy cerca 300m. Un poquito apartado,pero la parada de autobús cercana. Y se compensa con la playa.

• Anna (9/5): Im Allgemeinen war es sehr schön - Die Wohnung ist neu und liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Das Meer ist in der Nähe und wenn Sie ein Auto haben, können Sie an einem viel schöneren Strand mit Bars sein. In der Nähe gab es einen schönen Supermarkt, wo man alles, was Sie brauchen, zu finden. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass die Wohnung ein wenig sauberer wäre.

Presente anche del parcheggio su strada nella stessa via (quasi sempre di fronte all'appartamento). Nulla. E' stato tutto perfetto.
