• Aleksandr (7/5): Controversial experience - The house matched the photos on booking com. The instructions for check in were sent in advance and were detailed and easy. House is spacious enough for a group of 8 people, and it has all commodities that you will need for your stay. 1 you need to pay the full amount at the moment of booking. There is no option for prepayment or postponed payment. It was the only propriety in Japan with this requirement that we booked for out group during our trip 2 there are cockroaches in the house. We killed at least three of them during our stay. There is a note at the entrance with that information, and the property is provided with insect repellent. Nevertheless, our stay was overshadowed because of that. Moreover, there is a lot of dust in the house, so we suggested that the cleaning company of that house is not good enough. 3 there are plenty of strange and uncomfortable design decisions. You cannot turn the lights at the entrance of the house, which is strange and annoying. The fourth bedroom is not actually a bedroom, since it is united with the common room and there is no wall between them except for a glass partition (which btw does not fully close). You cannot look through the windows at that house since they are made of unseen glass. And there are no filter for the water at the house, nor do they have any hooks at the bathrooms for your towels and cloth. 5 the house is located far away from city center, and there is quite a long distance to the Osaka loop line station. All in all, this is very uncomfortable house if you pay attention to small details.

• kayo (10/5): 最高！ - 今回、ユニバーサルと大阪万博に家族旅行の際にこちらを利用ささて頂きました。立地がとても良かった！室内はかなり清潔でアメニティも良かったし。アイロンやドライヤーも最新のものが置いてあり嬉しかったです。 内装がオシャレ！バスルームが２つあったのもとても良かったです。ベットルールも4つ？あってこの価格で本当にいいの？って言うくらい大満足でした！家族や仲間との宿泊の際はおすすめです！スタッフさんとのやりとりもとても丁寧で信頼のできるお宿です！ 全くありません。
