• Rebecca (6/5): Should be a 10/10 property, but... several serious problems and a few minor ones. - Beautiful condo. Spacious and very clean. Great location. This should be a 10/10 property. We packed counting on the washing machine, but it was not working. One of the beds broke when my husband sat on it in order to lie down! He is a big guy, but not huge. 6'2" and 210 pounds. The beds themselves were not comfortable. Poorly fitting sheets and a foam mattress pad that slipped around. Bed covers were inadequate for the cool nights we experienced. No one responded to our requests for help until the housekeeper came as we were checking out. No response whatsoever for the days we were there and asking for help. Also, sink and shower and toilet in hall bathroom were slow draining. The plumbing in general needs to be looked at. And why not provide enough toilet paper and paper towels for the entire stay? That's a very low dollar item for you and an inconvenience for your customers to have to go out and buy. Do Airbnb properties not provide shampoo and body wash? Instructions were in an email, but not clearly marked. Maybe an email titled "Check in instructions". With bullet points.
• William (10/5): It was nothing short of amazing. Had a blast the whole time. - It was always clean the staff was friendly and it was right on the beach. Nothing. It was the prefect spot for a family vacation
• Lakeisha (10/5): Best vacation ever! - The property was very clean and not expensive. It is beachfront and ocean view. It is close to everything. It’s about a five minute drive to the pier. Restaurants and grocery stores were close. Putt Putt golf place was walking distance across the street and they offer feeding and holding baby alligators. There was a wagon carry your stuff to the beach and boogie boards to use. Not their fault but pool wasn’t open due to hurricanes but hopefully it will be open next year.
