• Tengku Maya (8/5): Overall, it was a convenient and comfortable stay. - We had a pleasant stay at this flat. The room is very spacious, which made it comfortable for our family with kids. The location is excellent, just a short walk to downtown and very close to the bus stop. The bathroom heater worked perfectly, so we could take a bath comfortably. Another plus is that the flat is on the ground floor, which was a big help since we carried a lot of luggage. We initially booked for one week but comfortably enough so we extended to two weeks. The flat gets limited natural sunlight due to its position. Some improvements could also be made to the sofa, shower door, and bed to avoid creaking sounds.
• Marcu (5/5): not sure I would recommend - the location was great and it was spacious the ensuite bathroom had no hot water, and the shower door was broken so it kept falling on you while in the shower. The other bathroom shower had either freezing cold or scolding hot water, no in between. The extractor fans didn't work so it left the whole house steamy. The bed in the master bedroom was two single beds put together, and while spacious, it was annoying to fall in the gap between the beds. The main light in the master bedroom was very weak and so the lighting wasn't great, and the blinds were broken so we couldn't get natural light and privacy at the same time. The neighbours were a bit loud, and since it's on the ground floor, you can hear people outside.

• Mathew (9/5): good value for money. - the location was walking distance from most places and was close to a bus stop. the area was quiet at night and the apparment smelt nice the extractor fans in the bathrooms did not work, so after a shower, the rooms did not dry properly. in the bedroom with the 2 single beds, they were both very squeaky, and when moving in bed, it would wake me up.
• James (1/5): Avoid like the plague. Misleading listing and no support over £1,360 in parking fines - I booked this property specifically because the listing advertised parking right in the title. Upon arrival, the cleaner showed me where to park, and I immediately provided my car registration when asked. Despite following every instruction given to me, I later received eight parking fines totalling £1,360. When I appealed, the fines were only partially reduced to £20 each—still £160 I should never have been charged. This entire ordeal has caused massive stress and financial strain, and I'm still seeking legal advice to dispute the charges. The property has offered no meaningful support throughout this process, despite the listing being completely misleading on such a critical detail. Extremely disappointed. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere—or be prepared to pay far more than your nightly rate in fines
• Samii (9/5): Beautiful stay well worth it - We loved the location, space, furnishings, and security and all the little extras like tea coffee etc :) loved the stay No microwave and very echoey for young children kept worrying if we was being to loud
• Pritchard (4/5): Very uncomfortable, broken facilities and smelled bad - Location was reasonable and close to the train station. There was no microwave. The photos show a double bed, and 4 single beds but one one of the photos was just the "double bed split into two". The 'double bed' was just just two singles pushed together. This isn't suitable for a family of 6 as it was booked. It smelled really bad when we entered. Both showers were broken and basically unusable without holding the shower head making it very difficult for children to use. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable and the beds were far too soft for my liking. Parking was ok but very tight and if too many cars attempt to park there it could cause issues getting in or out at all!
• Michelle (8/5): Good stay, could have provided more assistance to direction to bus and supermarket - Coffee provided and multiple sheets/pillows Checkin is not streamlined process, did not receive email about the lock key and heating details need to be turned on
• Aiden (9/5): Superb - Sound place for business. Clean and tidy. Beds were a bit soft for my liking. Could do with a microwave.
