• Lionel Germani (10/5): Idéal pour séjourner autour d'Alicante - Logement propre, fonctionnel, bien équipé. On a pu garer notre véhicule dans le garage.

• Dani (8/5): Todo bien excepto la calefacción - El apartamento limpio y tenía prácticamente de todo. Unas vistas al mar muy bonitas y buen espacio para 3-4 personas. La ubicación no es la mejor pero si que tiene Mercadona relativamente cerca, el resto de servicios algo alejados. La calefacción o aire acondicionado no está incluido en el precio, te dan 4 horas por noche reservada como cortesía, el resto son 1 euro por cada dos horas, que teniendo un bebé en la estancia estuvimos preocupados por si nos faltaba o no teníamos monedas para echar en el momento que hiciese falta, menos mal que no hizo mal tiempo.

• Paula (10/5): A great base for a lovely week in the spring sunshine. - The apartment was the perfect size for 3 of us. Clean, comfortable and very nicely furnished. The kitchen, while small, had everything we needed. The shower was fantastic. The location was fine, we specifically wanted to walk to the town centre along the coast and we were close to the Mercadona also, which was very handy. There wasn’t anything to dislike, except the location of the sink under the boiler cupboard door, but that’s a very small thing.

• Ana (10/5): Como en casa - El apartamento es muy acogedor. Nos sentimos como si estuvieramos en nuestra propia casa. La dueña nos dejo varios detalles: cápsulas de cortado para la dolce gusto, unas botellitas de agua y gel y shampooo. El parking muy bien situado en el sótano para entrar y salir sin hacer mucha maniobra.

Nous y reviendrons plus longuement avec grand plaisir - Le confort et la propreté de l’appartement avec tout l’équipement nécessaire (lave linge, four, micro-ondes….) les attentions du propriétaire (bouteilles d’eau, café, sucre, gel douche, shampooing…) Les explications pour accéder à la location, la place de parking sous l’immeuble, l’amabilité de la propriétaire. La proximité avec la rue très bruyante en journée

• Judit (9/5): Superb - The host lady is very nice. The apartment is fully equipped. The terrace overlooks the street and you can see the sea a bit. Parking is in the garage of the building. The bathroom is modern and comfortable. I really recommend it.
• Lech (10/5): Great off-season stay in a comfortable, well equipped apartment with a helpful owner. - Clean, spacious and cosy flat with all the amenities. 5 min walk to the beach and easy access to sights. Well equipped kitchen. Sea view. Quiet surroundings. Underground parking. Super helpful and attentive owner. Some nice restaurants nearby. All was great.
• Razvan (9/5): Superb - Apartment is located in a new building in the eastern part of Santa Pola, on the first floor and was quiet (do not know in high season) both inside the building and traffic on the road (except some hours). Very clean and standard equipped. For what is offered price was fair (considering location, low season), including a parking lot in the garage. The communication with the owner/admin was very good and she reacted quick to our demands. Nowdays, accomodations offer a small "welcome box" (bottled water/coffee/fruits) or a "survival kit", especially for guests arriving late in the evening and cannot make it (whatever reason) to the supermarket. We had some salt and tea, but did not find even sugar or liquid soap in the bathroom (just in the shower). The apartment is not really 70 sqm big, not even counting the terrace. There is nothing in walking distance, just other appartment - buildings, so arriving by car is the must. Restaurants in the neighbourhood, as stated on booking.com, are temporary/permanent closed, so one needs to go to the port of Santa Pola (unless you cook yourself). All in all, we were happy with our accomodation, I would rate it to 8, but decided to upgrade it to 9, due to the involvement of our host.

• Sergiu (10/5): Nice experience - First of all the host (Nerely) was very kindness! She has wait us at the apartment and tell us everthing about the main informations. The appartment was clean, brightness, place in quiet area and equipped with all you need. It has a parking place and that means a lot! This apartment is perfect for family.
