• Mad_e (10/5): Royal stay for budget price. Excellent property. New and unique in Sivsagar - Excellent place to stay before venturing into Mon side of Nagaland No dislikes. Everything was perfect here.
• Yogesh (2/5): Neither a 'home', nor a comfortable 'stay' - Bad experience. Neither a 'home', nor a comfortable 'stay'. After reading earlier reviews, I took my 85+ parents for an overnight stay, despite having immediate family in the town. Basically a building with rooms, beds, fans, AC and a balcony. NOT a 'homestay'. Bedroom to solitary bathroom was via other bedrooms. No water in the bathroom at night. Plenty of insects in the toilet, attracted by the light after dark. No kitchen/self-cooking facilities. No food/tea/coffee facilities in the 'homestay', though there are eateries about 100m away at the neighbouring hospital. Worse than some of road-side motels I have spent nights in during a road trip. NOT RECOMMENDED
