- Ricci (5/5): This property is not ready for guests. - Owner accommodatied me on short notice. There is a sorry sorry store located within the subdivision. Wi-Fi worked. The price was reasonable but it's not a good value. The floor tiles are cracked in multiple places. It's a tripping hazard and one could easily cut their feet if bare. The cabinet door under the sink is not attached. There are multiple cracks around the stairs and on the walls. The toilet flushes one time. I had to manually refill the tank each time. To access the property, you had to go past a security shack. To stay there, I was forced to leave my passport, which I did not care for. Two bedrooms upstairs. The AC unit in the bedroom I slept in worked fine. I did not use the TV.
