• Zlata (10/5): - The apartment fully matched the description and photos. It was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient, with shops and public transport nearby. The host was friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. Check-in was smooth and easy. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this apartment.

• Anna (7/5): The apartment owner should reconsider their vision regarding a one-time package (dishwasher tablets) based on one day. I - original room. My daughter appreciated the bed on the balcony of the room. The bedroom window faces the street. There are nightspots nearby and all conversations can be heard in the bedroom. There is also renovation going on. Regarding the renovation, I understand that it is not the owner's fault, but it is worth thinking about soundproofing the bedroom. It is also worth considering that the apartments offer services (garbage bags, detergents for dishes and clothes) based on one use. If you stay for several days, you will be in an awkward situation: you have to buy a package of dishwasher tablets for 10 euros, which means leaving the dishes clean, and clean dishes are a must when you leave.

• Alena (9/5): - veľmi pekné ubytovanie 15min. chôdze od centra, príchod na ubytovanie a otváranie dverí pomocou kódov dá zabrať, ale dostali sme sa dnu, keď už máte kľúče, všetko ide jednoducho, kúpeľňa zrekonštruovaná, vybavenie super, bola nám ponechaná káva, čaje, chlebíky..., veľa úložného priestoru, pohodlné matrace, kľudná štvrť, potraviny pár krokov celkovo iba 2 okná, takže sme sa miestami cítili "stiesnene", veľmi zle zatesnené okná v spálni, počuť každý krok vonku, špeciálne autá ktoré čistia ulice, obliečka na posteli hore mokrá, ale kým sme šli spať tak vyschla, po 3dňoch sa objavilo zopár mravcov - možno našou chybou, to nevieme

• Monica (7/5): Bell’appartamento con tutti i comfort, solamente con un paio di piccole cose da rivedere - Posizione centrale, bell’appartamento buoni servizi La camera da letto dà direttamente sulla strada per cui è un po’ rumorosa. Anche il letto ha delle molle molto rumorose per cui appena uno si muove fa molto rumore.

• Magdalena (8/5): - Bogate wyposażenie, ładne mieszkanie, duża przestrzeń, czystość, świetny kontakt z administratorem. Hałas od ulicy w sypialni z powodu słabej jakości okien, trzeszczące łóżko na piętrze.
• Благица (4/5): Definitely not worth the money. - The location is excellent – very central and close to everything you might need. Unfortunately, the room had no windows, which made it feel quite claustrophobic and dark. It wasn’t very clean either, and the overall atmosphere felt more like a basement.
• Amina (10/5): Good for its location and perfect for 4 people (we were 3) - Location is perfect. Apartment is comfortable and facilities are good. Coffee machine with capsules are available. Water was in the fridge. Bedroom has electric curtains, which is perfect for sleeping. Might bee a little bit noisy from outside, but we were good There is mold on the walls in the bathroom that you shouldn’t breathe. But this is a problem all over italy, not only the apartment. They forgot to take the trash out of the toilet, but that's not a big deal either.

• Norberto (9/5): 4 day visit to Milan - The space was big & a good flow to it. Although it has the mezzanine, I was just too tall to take advantage! Everything you needed was there & an info pack about places to eat & shop for food was included. Loads of cupboard space, bathroom was functional (washing machine in there too - bit close to the toilet seat, but manageable. Bed was comfortable. I got a bit lost, but found the apartment eventually! Instructions given by email for getting into the property are slightly baffling, but if you take your time, you'll get there (for instance: press number *given in details* & press bell, but there is NO bell - I think they mean to press the buzzer under the camera for access). After that, it's getting into the apartment - that wasn't as tricky, but still.... Though there was a kettle, coffee machine, microwave & toaster, none were usable (think there was an issue with the extension). I did report it & the team are looking into it for future guests. Bedroom backs on to the main street & there is inevitably noise from passers by & traffic. There is a metal roller shutter, which blocks out the light, which helps a bit. I'm a light sleeper, but if you're not, it will be fine.
• Erin (6/5): Pleasant stay. Very loud area. Not ideal for trying to get rest as you can hear everything! - Great room space! Had everything in it at states on booking.com Very loud area. When getting to sleep at night we could hear everything on the street.(like as if the window was wide open). Noise from upstairs was quiet loud also.

• Aaron (4/5): 25-30min walk to Duomo. Nice Location. Mouldy bathroom and poor standard of communication from accomodation team. - The property was on a nice lovely street. 1) Black mould in the bathroom. I advised team and they sent a cleaner. It had improved, however it was still a problem. Team did not follow up with me to check. 2) Poor team communication. Leading up to my stay a bunch of generic messages were sent, which is ok and normal, the message included advice that check-in would need to be done 24hrs prior to arrival. Well more than 48hrs still left to go I got a very rude email demanding I check-in and that I had been uncommunicative. I called them out on it and no apology was provided. Their excuse was that their offices were closing over the weekend. This would mean they needed checkin before they close for the weekend, not 24hrs prior. That’s all they had to ask, no problem, but they left me feeling like it was my fault, I’m not a mind reader. How am I to know when they do or do not open?! 3) They have one job as Accomodation providers, to be communicative, polite and provide clean accomodation. Neither was at a standard I would have expected from a Bookings.com property.

• Onur (8/5): Ferrari joyride - Nicely renovated place which has all you need. At the edge of Navigli (cool part for bars and restaurants rather than fancy Milano shopping streets) and very close to tram and metro stations. Self check in seemed complicated in the description but turned out very straightforward. You need a data plan on your phone tho. The heater was off when we arrived and the place was a bit cold. After turning on, it is not easy to adjust. Can be really hot. Also in the shower, the water temperature is not very stable.
• Kate (8/5): Super comfortable, great location to enjoy Milan. - Funky and well-appointed apartment. Good location for bars near canal. It’s a super area. Spacious inside with decent duvets etc. Coffee machine was welcome. Drawback- Check-in was fiddly (as was all done remotely with links within emails) but luckily the management company were on hand to help. Next time, I’d pay for assisted check-in. Our teenagers liked it and we would return. Check-in done using virtual links really didn’t suit us but understand it may just be us 😂 On arrival the boiler was off, instructions for this would have been welcome as accessing hot water/ heating was unclear.
• Richard (8/5): Apartment was well appointed but the shower needs attention. Lots of mould in the tile walls. - Location was okay. Accessing the apartment using self check-in was terrible. We had to contact someone to let us in. He was very helpful.

• Paula (9/5): Superb - Good apartment and well equipped. Good location and easy access to the place. The sofa bed is not very comfortable, but the rest of the apartment is well equipped and was very clean when we arrived. I recommend it!
• Ahmet (5/5): Overall it was average - It was clean, safe, quiet and looking nice and modern. It was difficult to set the water degree of the shower. Sometimes it got too hot sometimes cold. The apartment was as the same as the water, sometimes hot and sometimes cold. AC didnt help us much. The pillows were very uncomfortable. There were washing machine and dishwasher but no detergents. We had to buy a washing machine detergent but had to leave it behind at the apartment. The couch at the upper side was not for two teenagers(ages 17 and 15)it was small, uncomfortable and the height of the ceiling was too low that our girls had to bend over.
• Amelia (9/5): Great property, location & facilities - This property had everything we needed! Great location which was close to the metro, tram and bus stops. Lovely and clean property and extremely attentive owner that communicates excellently! Definitely reccomend!
