• Alexander (9/5): Perfect!! - Sensational location on the cliff. Everything very clean and all necessary things sufficiently available. The beds are good, very nicely furnished. Thanks to the host for the helpful tips. We were there at the beginning of April and it was not hot. In real summer it can heat up a lot as there are many windows. There is a mobile cooling unit in the living room (with a hose to the outside when the window is open). In the bedrooms only fan. We would stay there again outside the hot season.
• Zoe (6/5): Amazing location, poor quality inside - Spectacular view and very comfortable beds & location was great The quality of the hone was rubbish. Very few of the blinds worked. Most were broken didn’t roll up and down and missing chains. There were light switches that had cracked and sizzled when you touched them Most rooms including over the kitchen the bathroom bedrooms lights didn’t work. Lots of lightbulbs needed to be replaced There were windows in one bedroom that are cracked It was very shit poor quality and needed a lot of maintenance to bring it up to the price it was at. And we thought it was incredibly rude to be asked to put previous tenants rubbish out. That is not okay. When we pay a cleaning fee. I would rank the house a 4 out of 10 with all points going towards the view and the comfortable beds.
• Laura (2/5): The property is marketed as luxury at an exorbitant price and it is equal to a backpackers hotel - No breakfast included, however despite paying over a 1,200 nzd a night there was nothing in the fridge. No milk..there is a espresso machine with NO pods. A bit of sugar left over from other guests. On arrival we were given the wrong code and could not enter, had to call the agency at my own expense from a UK number. The place is connected to a derelict home that the owners are doing up, we were assured that there would be no one else at the property but the owners were there the all time and we felt we had no privacy as the main bedroom windows are shared with the other house on the same garden. There were NO toiletries only some old shampoo left by other people. Sheets did not smell fresh, poor quality and stained. The pics make it look amazing as you only see the view which is beautiful but everything else is very low standard. It was themost expensive accomodation I have booked on airbnb and ghe worst ever. The only good thing is the view.
• Iaeli (10/5): Exceptional - Loved everything about the house. Was just a bit too hot but other then that beautiful location. Made me feel like I was home . Too close to ther properties.
