• Michael (10/5): Fantastischer Ausblick - Schönes sauberes Zimmer. Wir konnten uns heißes Wasser in der Küche machen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker mit vielen selbst gemachten Zutaten. Einmalig ist der Ausblick vom Hof auf die Berge. —-

• vanesa (6/5): No volvería, a pesar de la amabilidad - La dueña es adorable y la cama es muy cómoda. La ubicación, las dificultades para comunicarme y la falta de ayuda. Me acabaron ayudando desde otro alojamiento que no era el mío!!! Está a 36 minutos caminando de cualquier lugar, si vas sin coche es muy muy aislado, no lo recomiendo. No me ayudaron a gestionar taxis al inicio de las rutas ni nada de lo que necesité, es imposible comunicarse con la dueña. El balcón no tenía vistas porque estaba invadido por un árbol pero igual me gustó tener un trocito para salir. No hay café en el desayuno.

But the best of it was the amazing homemade and home grown breakfast. We are really glad we chose this location it has been a really positive part of our adventure. Thankyou

• Guest (10/5): - Superlieve en vriendelijke hosts. Ligging is heel mooi en rustig. Ontbijt en lunchpakket waren met veel zorg klaargemaakt. Een absolute aanrader! De afvoer van de toilet rook een beetje onfris.

Room was clean, nice view outside:) The shower and the toilette, being in the same room were organized the way that after you took a shower, there was water on the floor so it was a bit problematic to use the toilette. Would be nice if there were some fridge (in the room or at the corridor, for common use), and some space to prepare simple food.
• Nicolas (8/5): Warm welcome and charming local breakfast - The accommodation is located at the far end of the Valbona road strip, or the beginning depending on your direction, so it’s good to be aware of that when planning your trip. The ladies there gave me a very warm welcome, and learning a few local phrases definitely brought some smiles and made the experience more special. The local breakfast was nice and hearty. Booking a room with a balcony is a great idea, but keep in mind that a nearby tree might partially block the view.

• D (8/5): Traditional Albanian hospitality - Small simple guesthouse run by grandma and grandson . Good people doing their best to make you comfortable. Amazing breakfast with an amazing view. We had to check out early due to some health circumstances unfortunately, but they were totally understanding and accommodating. They also helped us find the hotel when we got lost during arrival. Relatively small rooms without wifi

• A (6/5): Pleasant - Dont want to be harsh. Was nice staying. At the beginning was a misunderstanding with the room coz the one we booked was busy but then they fixed it for us. The ladies in the morning were really polite and the breakfast was good. Was hard to find because they didnt even answer the phone also there was no sign of the guesthouse on the road. Rooms were small, no toilet papers, no curtain. No ashtrays in balcony. Even thought we booked balcony room there was nothing to see. There was a big tree that blocked all the mountain view. I would suggest to pay more attention to small details.

• Christophe (10/5): Excellent stay with very hospitable hosts in a nice property with mountain views - Wonderful host family, hospitable and welcoming. Very clean and confortable rooms. Very hearty break with fresh products from the farm including delicious pancakes. A stone through from Valbona.
• Jakob (10/5): Inspires holiday feelings and empathy in northern Albania. - The place is surrounded by stunning nature. A lot of beautiful hiking trails are easy to reach. Breakfast is made out of selfproduced ingredients - very tasteful and traditional. The owner-family of the place is welcoming and interesting to talk to. I warmly recommend to stay at Guesthouse Besimi!
