Guest Reviews
- Amy (10/5): Definitely staying here again if we come back! - Excellent view! Beautifully decorated! We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. Steep road and sharp turns to get there but worth it for the views.
- Bailey (10/5): -
- Logan (8/5): Great place to stay. - I love all of the updates and the beautiful views! The bed and the couch were both very hard.
- Emily (10/5): As a couple traveling here to visit the national park, we really enjoyed this location. - We loved that this property was right outside the busy town. We really enjoyed that it was only about a 25 minute drive from national park entrance.
- Brian (7/5): It was ok . - The view was the best. Location was also good. The beds mattress was very hard. And the people above us made so much noise you couldn’t enjoy setting on the deck.
- Ida (8/5): Great Views.. Amazing Food.. Comforting Stay. - When I got to the Property the Lights were out. They were actually going through a Process of Switching Management. So the actual Condo that I rented I didn’t get to stay in. But I got in touch with Customer Service and they handled it right away! I was placed in a different Condo with more space with no extra charge. My stay overall was Great! That I didn’t get to stay in the one I rented.
- Akilah (10/5): - The Mountain View’s were absolutely stunning. Apartment was exactly as pictured
- Madison (10/5): - The apartment, the view

- Steven (4/5): Sorry but I give only the truth not hurt but to try to improve - The floor plan was great for a tiny house/ apartment.. I loved everything about it The fact that the bad linens had yellow stains all over them. So did the bath towels and washcloths. Although I did not call and complain because I figured that they were on the bed and in the bathroom it probably wouldn't have mattered I'm pretty sure nobody in management would sleep on these sheets and bathe with these towels and washcloths ..so I went and bought my own for the stay... Also could use some exterminating around the outside so you didn't have to fight the giant spiders to get in and out your door or up and down the steps. Exterminating would go a long ways ,killed two spiders inside the bedroom.. also could use very much use an upgrade on the living room furniture. Very outdated, very uncomfortable. And last stop advertising to have cable TV when you don't. I'm sure I'm probably not the only one that has felt this way and I'm not sure how you maintain a 9.9 rating.
- Kasian (10/5): Very enjoyable, would definitely stay there again - I liked not having to grab a key to go into my room. I loved the view from the balcony, and I loved the way it felt so homey Some of the dishes were really nasty from the other guest
- Jasmine (10/5): Everything was magnificent and peaceful. - The view was everything. The whole stay was wonderful
- Stacey (10/5): Reasonable price awesome view of the mountains and property management was great! Highly recommend! - I liked the location outside of the busy town but not too far! Everything was perfect! The view of the mountains off the balcony was jaw dropping! Also the guest book was a great touch! The couch was worn but it worked. Other than that it was fantastic! Highly recommend!
- Emma (10/5): Amazing views of the Smoky mountains - The views were amazing. The apartment had everything we needed. Comfy bed, extra blankets, lovely toiletries and rocking chairs on the balcony
- Bree (10/5): Exceptional - This property was very beautiful! I really enjoyed staying here! They gave me the wrong entry code, I came late in the night and could not get it but I called the number they gave and they answered right away and helped me with getting a new code! :)
- Britney (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marvin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brad (9/5): Superb - Modern and great views Couch wasn’t very comfy
- Peter (8/5): Aside from the negatives listed above, our Stay in Mountain Twilight A102 was wonderful. GREAT local - Breakfast - N/A. The location of the condo had an amazing view. There was NO Coffee pot for the Keurig
machine. We had to use K-cups. The Internet & Wifi did not work as instructed. We spoke with neighbor guests and they had no problem finding the network and connecting to the internet. Also, some of the electrical outlets did NOT work.
- Ashley (9/5): Very clean and cozy would stay again. - We didn't try the breakfast.
- Austin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Don (10/5): Perfect - The room was really nice. The room location is in a great location to going o the sights and views of the mountains. We’re also a big bonus. Question was ask what could be better. It would be nice to have a little better bar close by. The local people are so nice. Even the black bears were there. Show us a good time.
- Zulli (10/5): I will definitely look to stay there again 😍 - The location was spectacular and it was super clean and airy 💗 Nothing, everything was great
- Wendy (10/5): Fantastic location - It was just like the photos. The condo was super clean, very comfortable and had a great pool. There was a great Mountain View. It takes about 15 minutes to get into Gatlinburg. We enjoyed our trip immensely. The property manager was great with communication and the app was very helpful.
- Lundy (9/5): The apartment was good but location in mountain scary!! - I liked that the apartment was relaxing and comfortable. The picture looked like the area.. I did not like the location of the property, to high in the mountains. There were to many emails every day about how to get ready to leave. it made feel like I wasn’t welcome in this property. The last day we quickly got our things together and hurried out. The check in time was to late in the evening. The check out time to early in the morning. I will visit Tennessee again but not this location!!
- Fongchung (3/5): The view’s not worth the trouble. - Unobstructed Mountain View and you can see the sunrise. Hot water lasts about 15 minutes before it gets very cold. There’s no warning about limited hot water and the water heater is loud at night (and is right outside the bedroom). The place “seem clean” but if you look closer, the coffee maker has old coffee grinds in, the blankets and couch fabric are dirty. The apt is not too small but the ceiling is very low and makes the place feels a lot smaller than it is.
On top of it all, you’ll receive close to 20 emails and texts after you book, before and during your stay from management. They micro-manage and somehow still seem disorganized. For example, you’ll get multiple emails about check in procedure but only one of them mentions the parking pass. To check out, you’ll have to enter a different code at the door AND text them back. We’ve stayed at other apt/bnb before, and these extra steps for check in/out and the amount of repeated communication are unusual and insane.
- Rhonda (8/5): Very good -
