• Dr (6/5): Great location but needs more attention or reduce the room rates. The noise level is alarming. - No breakfast was provided/expected, althouth similar condos such as VM provide cooking facilities. The location is great however, I do not feel the property owners/management do not take full advantage of the strategic location of this condo. It is the simple things that are not being done well. Customer service is very poor - i.e. helping guests move their luggages when required, staff are far too serious - not sense of humour or smiles which should be expected of a customer facing service/front office staff. The property is vedry old bu there are lots of stuff that will not require a lot of money - in fact they may require no more than a handy man who knows what he/she is doing to fix certain elments of the rooms - bathrooms with broken shower head leaking water, many other minor parts of the rooms and kitchen looks rather dated like something from a by-gone age, The worst thing was the ear splitting noise from the road downstairs. When you wake up, most times you feel like you're sleeping out on the street. The noise from cars and activities downstairs are deafening. This could be fixed with double glazing. How anyone can continue to rent these rooms at the current rate with the alarming noise level is beyond me.

• José (3/5): Noisy room - Had to flee and book another hotel room at 3am. The windows did not have any soundproofing from the street whatsoever. Unfortunately it is on a busy street with bars around (so a lot of shouting and music) and loud motorcycles continuously making noise even during late hours. The room was discreetly clean (some long hairs around when I arrived) but the location is near major attractions. I did not sleep that night :(

• Axel1966 (8/5): Enjoy Makati 24h - Centrally located hotel. Shopping and entertainment options in close proximity to the hotel. Very friendly staff. Makati lives 24 h. So also the nights are are lively and somewhat loud. But you get used to it 😊

• Robert (7/5): Old hotel but everything worked. - Everything worked -- the aircon breezed cool air silently, no noise at all. The shower provided hot enough water for your bath. The TV was small, but the signal was clear. The room was large enough, and there's a sink. I appreciate all these, because I've been in more pricey hotels where the aircon was noisy, the TV marred by static, the shower lacked hot water. The hotel lacked the trappings or the looks of a normal hotel. It didn't have a lobby. There's no receptionist except a guy who made you feel welcome.

One of the worst places to try to sleep. And internet only working near the entrance door of your room, 10 metres away from inside your room.

Great location. Across the road there is small 7eleven. About 400 meters to the big mall Robinson. There are many spa bar restaurants within walking distance. Special thanks to the helpful staff. They helped me with my extra heavy suitcases and gave me the tools to fix my suitcase, which Turkish Airlines had painstakingly wrecked.
