- Jeffree (10/5): - Loved the restaurant associated with it. The response through this app was delayed. But overall fantastic place to stay
- Irene (7/5): Food was fabulous but I wouldn’t use the townhouse again - Breakfast was fabulous Expensive for what it was - a small room in a townhouse, on the top floor with no lift. A room in a hotel would cost the same but would have more facilities.
- Eileen (8/5): A lovely stay in Dungarvan - Breakfast very good, staff extremely attentive and professional We would have liked an area where we could relax and read the paper, have coffee and watch the world go by!
- Sabine (7/5): -

- Jim (7/5): Excellent food, great service and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and tidy, Room decor was poor and slightly shabby wit - Location and Staff excellent service was great and very friendly. Food offering was excellent. Poor standard in bedrooms.
Lack of decor and could do with a freshen up. Lack of bathroom shelving, quiet an amount of early morning street noise

- Maura (5/5): We enjoyed our stay but we were disappointed that we were staying in a different building were were ina different buil - It was clean
We enjoyed some lovely plum cake made by Paul’s wife after our breakfast We stayed in a different building away from the Tannery I felt it was false marketing
We were served 2 slices of brown bread, a few croissants, a couple of slices of currant soda bread in a bread basket for 4 people I felt this was very little as we would each have a slice or two of bread with our eggs or fry we had to ask for toast, extra butter which I thought was a bit sparse

- Barry (8/5): We had a nice stay the room was a little small and the shower didn’t stay hot for long. - The location and the breakfast was very good. Room was very small

- Noel (8/5): - Lovely accommodation and breakfast was beautifully prepared Little expensive for the night. Breakfast was excellent just little more on the plate would have been nice
- Claire (4/5): - Very close to Town centre When we checked in the lady was quite rude, we couldn't open a window, sound on TV didn't work, milk in fridge was gone off.Shower temp kept dropping.
Breakfast was OK, we waited a while downstairs before a server told us to go upstairs for a table.
When we requested to check out we were told to come back as there was no one available.
- conor (10/5): - Everything was perfect , location, staff, accommodation and food Nothing

- Dakota (10/5): Stayed here for one night and wished we stayed longer. - The property was in a convenient location to stores, restaurants and shore. What I liked most was the Tannery restaurant. It is a must! All staff were very friendly and the food, by far our best experience in Ireland. Everything was amazing! Nothing we didn’t like.
- deborah (9/5): -
- Graham (5/5): This property is not a hotel. - Excellent breakfast.
Room tastefully decorated
Comfortable bed Location difficult to find in a car even with sat nav.
TV and WiFi connection posed problems for us.

- Elizabeth (8/5): Lovely accommodation, great location - The decor is beautiful, the rooms have everything you might need. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The check in is at the restaurant in a separate location. I stood for 10 minutes as there was nobody there. There are no signs explaining what to do, I didn’t even know if I was in the right place. The breakfast started at 08:30. Because I was on a work trip I ended up having to skip breakfast. It’s a late start for breakfast
- Carol (6/5): - Not very pleased. Breakfast was served barely warm & I felt items had been cooked well in advance.
- Tom (9/5): A very welcoming and restful stay with a fantastic choice for breakfast - Fantastic location and beautiful, clean and spacious room N/A
- Karen (6/5): -
- Yvonne (7/5): Breakfast amazing. - Clean well decorated. Centrally located A bit noisy
- terry (2/5): -
- Kieran (9/5): - Everything was very good and we would recommend to others. Bathroom could do with a few towel hooks.
- Claire (9/5): - The breakfast was very good, delicious food on both mornings. Very happy with our stay, central location also.

- Margaret (7/5): Tannery is good, but a few tweeks are needed. - Dungarvan is a great little town with easy access to the Greenway. The Tannery is ideally positioned within the town.
The room is well proportioned, and decor is very tasteful.
The lady who greeted us on arrival and the lady who oversaw breakfast each day were both excellent. They were true pros and provided superior front of house service. The 2 issues we had in the room were that it happened to be hot weather and there was no air conditioning. When we opened the windows, it was very noisy in the morning. There was a lot of construction ongoing in the area so very noisy. The 2nd issue was that the toilet continued to run water long after use. It is both a waste of water but very annoying at night. I did notice that the grout around the shower could have gone with a deep clean.
For breakfast, I was disappointed with the scramble eggs and salmon. There was so little salmon and what I got was very salty. On our 2nd day, we ordered the cooked eggs with chorizo. This was overcooked.
- Barry (10/5): Genuine welcome and service in a beautiful setting - The welcome, service and atmosphere were first class
- john (8/5): Adequate - Clean comfortable Nothing
- Roger (7/5): -
- Laura (8/5): Hard to beat! - Super stay, hard to beat those Delicious generous breakfasts. Great area, close to everything. Lovely shower, lovely room (though - I thought we’d be in the original building)
- Eamonn (8/5): - Convenient location.
Lovely breakfast.
Friendly and helpful staff Street noise due to location of room as they had single glassed windows.
Shutters not very effective at keeping out light in the morning, would need blackout blinds as well .
- Catherine (9/5): - Central location and warm welcome . Room very comfortable Nothing
- Murphy (10/5): -
- Michael (9/5): Very enjoyable short stay - Location was great. Super breakfast
- Leah (10/5): Hotel is spotless, lovely rooms, great food, exceptionally nice staff, 10/10 -
- Paul (9/5): -
- Evelyn (7/5): - Accommodation location, lovely breakfast Ground floor room in first building, room no 1, very noisy from 7am.beside main door and street noise.also slated blinds didn't darken room
- Kelly (9/5): Lovely stay, great location. - Decor, facilities and location were great. Breakfast ends too early on the weekend. Very hot during the heatwave - bedroom needs a fan.
- orla (10/5): A gem of a b&b in the heart of dungarvan. - Central location, very comfortable and wonderful staff. Nothing
- Christine (6/5): The hotel charges for a five star service but doesn't deliver a five star package. - Relatively easey to check in and out Wasn't made aware that the room was in the 2nd floor with no lift facility, wasn't made aware that the room was in a different building which is beside a pub and @ 07.00 in the morning there was a delivery made to the pub which was extremely noisy as the barrels of beer were dropped to the ground by the delivery team
The breakfast was lovely but the serving team had to be reminded on anumber of occasions to bring the food we had ordered

- Orlagh (8/5): Great experience at the Wine Bar, delicious food, relaxed atmosphere and not too formal, just what we love! 🙏 - Really enjoyed our experience at the Wine Bar, just fab! The room and bathroom of our accommodation were very comfortable
- Bobby (10/5): Comfy and chilled - Brilliant location, comfortable bed
- Randal B. (10/5): Great, Brilliant. - Location excellent. Parking no problem. Room beautiful, most comfortable and spotless. Fab decor. All round superb. A small desk on which to place a laptop and do a bit of work would be a great addition, but is not an issue in any way.
- Daly (10/5): Perfect Dungarvan Getaway - Everything was delicious from the nibbles and cocktails to our great Breakfast. The staff were all so friendly and professional too. Would definitely stay at and eat in the Tannery again. Everything was perfect
- McCarthy (10/5): - Great staff so friendly. Great breakfast and such lovely accommodation Bed very comfortable.
- Pat (10/5): -
- Una (8/5): Great location, wonderful staff great food, - Great location, room very clean, staff very friendly accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. Rooms small, only one chair, a little uncomfortable if you needed to rest, sit and read for a while.
- Anne-Marie (10/5): Central, cozy, highly recommended accommodation. Flawless. I will certainly return. - Location was very central. Room was cozy and bed very comfortable. The bathroom space was great; large shower area with a powerful water spray. Breakfast next morning was exceptional - menu choice very good. All staff were friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend. I would have loved a small workspace in the room.
- Vaughan (5/5): Very poor - Not much - basic for the cost Charging hotel prices without any services
- Felicity (9/5): Great location, warm welcome, comfortable stay & delicious food - Great coastal location at the end of our day’s cycle on the Waterford to Dungarvan Greenway.
Plus exceptional meal in Tannery restaurant.

- SuSu (7/5): - Great location in Dungarvan. I had visited the Tannery 12 yrs ago for a friends hen weekend and had been very impressed with the food and accommodation and was really looking forward to returning.
However, this time, I had a very different experience and was greeted by a less than welcoming host, who immediately dismissed my friend and I when we entered the restaurant to check in for our B+B accommodatin, claiming we must had booked the apartments next door (Crew Apartments) as we probably weren't dressed suitably for dinner in the restaurant.
Unsure if perhaps in error I had booked the apartment next door we left and tried to access the booking as my phone had died on the journey down. Luckily, my friend still had the screenshot of the booking.
Both my friend and I are both anaesthetists in busy Dublin hospitals and, after a long week, had hopped in our cars to reach Dungarvan for
our friends' party having only changed into our sports clothes for the 250km drive
Honestly, i was shocked at the condesending manner in which i was greeted and would never return to the Tannery.
- Aine (8/5): -
- Natasha (9/5): Lovely accommodation with exceptionally friendly staff - Exceptionally friendly staff and lovely facilities. Would have liked the option of a twin bed (instead of double)
- Finn (10/5): -
- Tyrrell (5/5): - Room was too small, walls paper thin, definitely was too expensive for what we got. Room was spotless. Sorry would not stay there again
- Ann (6/5): It was nice near where we were going - Breakfast good staff brilliant The bedroom a little small I couldn't see mirror in bathroom too high and had to sit on bed to do make up not room for chair very clean thou
- Dave (10/5): - Lovely place, very convenient location. Very nice staff
- Catherine (8/5): -
- T.V. (9/5): Catered for all my needs, location great. -

- Freda (10/5): - Unique and in a beautiful location. Delighted to meet the wonderful chef and owner Paul Flynn. Thank you for the amazing experience.
- Siobhan (6/5): Comfortable rooms. - Very pleasant room. Room key a bit dodgy. Lovely decor and quality. Grouting in bathroom needs attending too and some stains. Breakfast was communicated at starting at 8 / but was 8.30. Staff kindly offered what breakfast items as were ready.
- Ellen (8/5): Breakfast was fab - Comfort Two flights of stairs
- June (10/5): -
- Cathal (8/5): - Breakfast was very good, and good choice too. Tapas in the bar were also very good.
- James (10/5): Incredible hospitality and food - The whole experience was exceptionall especially the breakfast
- Sean (10/5): -
- Amy (4/5): Overpriced - Location. Decor is nice too. Couldn’t open the window properly and the room was very warm. No reception so no service out of hours. Couple next door were arguing and playing loud music all night and there was no way to resolve this other than trying to tackle it ourselves. Food in the restaurant was highly overrated. Fish over cooked and everything swimming in butter.
