Sarah (4/5): Would not stay here again - Location and water pressure The room was unclean (we should have taken photos but we were only there for one night) The aircon barely worked We weren’t aware that when we booked, it was a private apartment. The staff were confused at check in and it caused a delay which was frustrating. They didn’t even inform us of the facilities We got a WhatsApp message from the owner fusing we had to pay to use the pool despite the fact we were charged a resort fee in the total cost I was also contacted via WhatsApp not 10mins after we had left about a couple of small stains left on a bed sheet. The owner said she had tried to relive it and it hadn’t come out. This is alarming-do rbwh but wash the sheets between guests?! Found it inappropriate to message me about stains that hadn’t been attempted to be washed
Zamil (10/5): Exceptional - The owner of the house is a nice and respectable lady who was communicating with me to solve any problem I face, and she helped me in many things to make my stay perfect, the place is well equipped and the kitchen tools are available, thank you very much.
