- marianne (10/5): - Logement neuf, impeccablement équipé et très propre. Parfait avec ses trois chambres. Petit village très sympathique
- Aisling (9/5): - Clean and comfortable lovely little house, we enjoyed our stay Would have been better if heating had come on before our arrival as took some time to warm up
Also no milk or any welcome biscuits etc which is unusual and no hand soap in kitchen or down stairs loo. Little things that matter when the price for two nights is quite high
- Michael (10/5): A nice place to stay for our Christmas break - Nice modern house in a great location in beautiful South Devon halfway between Dartmoor & some lovely coastal towns & beaches. Sportsman's arms also does great food. The weather ;-( no seriously, we wanted for nothing also a new boiler was recently installed so it was a very chilly Christmas break outside but & it had a nice warm feel inside.
- Stacey (8/5): Beautiful house in a lovely quiet area. - We loved our stay here, the house was exceptionally clean, well equipped in a lovely quiet area. Hosts were fabulous and answered all questions quickly. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. N/a
- Mahatb (9/5): a home from home :) - The property was immaculately clean and very comfortable with some lovely home touches (flowers, water by the bedside and board games) . It is perfectly located to explore Dartmouth and surrounding areas . Not that this detracts from the rating at all, but with 3 fashion conscious daughters (who take after their mum), a full length mirror was missed! Otherwise everything we needed was present :)

- Richard (10/5): A pleasant, comfortable and homely house with The Old Inn a short walk away. - The house was clean and tidy with nice touches like fresh flowers on the table etc. Good quality linen and bedding. Nothing of note apart from the cold tap in the bathroom needs a new washer.
- Annette (10/5): Schöne Unterkunft mit Liebe zum Detail - Sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr gute Betten. Zwei Toiletten sind sehr gut! Pub direkt um die Ecke -sehr gut!!! Nichts
- Jayne (10/5): Excellent location and accommodation with check in and out being easy. - It is well situated for touring around the area and on a major bus route into Dartmouth town. The local public house is 5 mins walk with good food and owner is very welcoming. Nothing
- Rebecca (10/5): Fabulous house, perfect location for exploring, highly recommended! - Meadowbrook House was ideally situated for day trips around the area, including Salcombe and Brixham. The accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed for us to be able to enjoy our stay. The beds were so comfy with good quality linen and towels. Just excellent! The owner was also brilliant at communication. Thank you, I would love to return. Nothing..
- Andrew (9/5): A lovely stay - Nice terraced house set on a quiet, small cul de sac. Comfy beds with good quality bedding. Owner was very quick to reply to any questions. House had everything that you'd need for a stay, it's been well thought out. Large bathroom upstairs along with a downstairs toilet.
Parking is ample for one car, we have a Sportage, two at a squeeze.
There is a pub 3 minutes walk away but be careful if walking as it's on a short cut and there is no pavement but it does have a large car park.
We had a proper pub meal there. Nothing fancy, just really good ingredients cooked very well. Everyone enjoyed their choices and the ciders.
We were visiting relatives who were also staying nearby so only used the house for b&b purposes but would have no hesitation in staying here again as a base for the area and I'd recommend it to friends.

- Neil (9/5): Quiet cottage near Dartmouth - Very clean, freshly decorated, fresh flowers on the table. Small but well equipped kitchen. Good quality towels and bed linens. Not used to feather pillows so found them a bit uncomfortable otherwise no complaints
- Christine (9/5): Very enjoyable stay. - The location was excellent for our trip in Devon. The Old Inn at the bottom of the lane served a very nice meal. The facilities in the house were excellent and the space was perfect for the 3 of us.
- Dan (8/5): Very good -
- Stephen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Richard (10/5): The house had everything we could possibly want, absolutely brilliant. - Lovely house in a quiet location with a pub doing food round the corner! Easy access to the coast, Bigbury and Bantham. and to other sites of tourist interest. Everything provided, and the flowers on every window sill were a lovely touch.
- Alison (10/5): Great place as a base to explore - definitely recommend - We had a great 2 night stay. Clean house with everything we needed. We both found it a relaxing space to be in. Brilliant location for exploring this part of Devon. Loved that it had parking and a garden as well.
We had dinner at the local pub which was great and received a really warm welcome there. Nothing
- Mieke (10/5): Exceptional - So clean and had everything we needed in it. The host was very good with communication as well.
- J (9/5): Ideal for our needs, a short stay in a quiet location, happy to return - The quiet location and the property had everything we needed A couple of small hiccups but resolved by communicating with host by texts
- Natalie (9/5): Superb -
- Sarah (10/5): Comfortable, spotlessly clean and a delight to stay there. I'd highly recommend it. - The comfortable bed and the luxurious duvet. Everything we needed was there. The shower was deliciously hot. The rooms felt spacious and beautifully clean and clear. The only issues were about locating and getting in to the property. The key in the key safe was a bit wet with rust which wasn't really a problem but not very nice. It took me a while and a chat with a neighbour, to find the key safe which was at the very end of the fence rather than nearer the front door where I expected it to be. I was looking for Meadowbrook House but then realised it was No 16, so found that. I think the name of the property needs to be displayed as that's what the house is advertised as.
- Seungbeom (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (8/5): Clean, comfortable, warm - Location Shower was difficult to turn on the dial.
Heavy condensation on inside of windows.
- Julie (9/5): Very pleasant - Had everything we wanted, very clean, comfy beds, nice lounge area & well equipped kitchen, also very quiet & peaceful cooker hood light & fan and hairdryer didn’t seem to work
- Helen (9/5): had a great time - great location near to plenty of places, quiet enough to feel properly on holiday. plenty space for all of us. nothing to say
- A (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, comfortable, modern and very well equipped property. Lovely little 'personal touches'- Reed diffusers, fresh flowers in each room and bottled water on bedside tables.
Mattress and pillow protectors on all beds, fresh bedding and fresh towels in all bedrooms.
Location was quiet. Beach was a short drive away. As a suggestion- Would be good to have a selection of board games for rainy days
- Dace (10/5): Exceptional - Good place to stay with family. Everything was clean. We had everything we needed. Very confortable beds and pillows. Good location.
