• Kristupas (7/5): Only for night owls - Spacious apartment, right at the city center, a walking distance away from alll the tourist attractions Apartment is on the street beloved by street performers who only stop at 1am. Combined with absolutely terrible noise isolation, noisy neighbours and construction work, it was impossible to get any sleep before 1am. Floor was clean, but other surfaces were dusty and there was no hand soap.

The apartment is located on a lively street, so there’s quite a bit of noise until late at night. Since the apartment isn’t very soundproof, light sleepers might find it a bit challenging.

• Deborah (10/5): Perfect apartment and location for our brief stay in Athens! - Accessing the property was slightly quirky, but we considered it part of the local experience. The host was very responsive to our questions about controlling the AC (3 separate units), as well as the timed hot water heater (also quirky but we took it in stride), and providing access to a washer/dryer with the unit. The unit itself was exactly what we needed - adequate room for 4 of us to rest and recuperate after very active touring days, central location for access (mostly walking!) to most of our tours, very clean and modern. We never quite got used to the hot water heater timer (you have to set the timer 30 mins BEFORE you want to take your shower!), but we understand the considerable energy savings it must provide. Once hot, it was delightful!

Location was very convenient with shops and restaurants just at the bottom of the apartment. The host was very helpful as well. Because the location was so central, it can get quite noisy at night until the entertainment in the streets stops.

The location was perfect for us, just a 3 min walk to Plaka, and very close to many other points of interest as well as food, transport and shops. The host, Theodore was very attentive as well. The host is super responsive, when he told me he can be reached any time with any concerns or needs, I didn’t realized that’s really ANYTIME, 3am, 11pm, 2pm…. Super host that attended to all my needs. When the host told me he can make arrangements for me, he meant it. Before our stay, during our stay and even after we left, the host was kind enough to even arrangement transportation for us. Location, location, location!!! You walk down street, you can shop all day long. Restaurants and cafes are steps away. You are 5-7 minutes away from Metro station. 15-30 minutes away on foot from major attractions. Staying at this location, you don’t even need public transportation. This family for family of five provides ample of living space. I wish instead of one gigantic bathroom there are two small ones. WiFi signal can be stronger. But really, I have absolutely no complaints about this place. For sure will return again or refer to friends and family.

• Kittie (8/5): Convenient Location and Clean Apartment - Nice spacious apartment. Backs onto the back side which is nice and quiet. Ermou is a busy pedestrian street with nightly music. Very convenient location. Within minutes, we can get to Syntagma Square, Monasteraki, Plaka, Acropolis Hill. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops around. Bathroom is huge. Love the shower. Arranged for earlier entry which was approved. Cleaner did her best to have it available by the appointed time. Thank you. Couldn't figure out the hot water switch until later. Would have been nice to have that information ahead of time. Wifi is spotty and not reliable. Since the entrance is on Ermou, a pedestrian only street, transportation would be a block away - not a big deal but just be aware of this restriction.
