• Waddoups (8/5): - Great location, very convenient. The apartment is very spacious and a lovely place to come back and relax after a day exploring. Great facilities to cook but also close to restaurants to eat out. There were some stains on the carpets but it didn't affect our stay

• Anonymous (5/5): Passable - The location was good and parking was good. The property was up 3 flights of stairs. It wasn’t particularly clean (kitchen cupboards, gap between fridge dirty). Bedroom carpet very stained and lots of cobwebs. The bed was uncomfortable and the bedding on the duvet was bobbled. The Bath made noises when you stood in it to have a shower. There are a few loose tiles where water went down when showering. It needs a little money spending on it to bring it up to scratch.
• Leah (9/5): Woodhall Spa has everything needed for a family get away - Perfect location with parking, with shops and everything you would need right on the doorstep, the kids loved going to the tea shop opposite and the cakes at the delicatessen out of this world. Suited the family perfectly.

• Dave (2/5): Very poor - Location Horrible brown mould around the bath, awful stains all over one of the bedroom carpets, internal doors had dirty hand ( or paw) prints on them. Gap between the kitchen sink and window dirty radiator in the kitchen grimy. The apartment needs a good spring-clean. The stairwell leading to the apartment has many black marks scuffs and scrapes and is somewhat off-putting before you get to the apartment.

Apartment had not been properly cleaned from previous occupants- old food found in fridge and sink!! Bath was unsteady Wasn’t sure if bedding etc was actually clean
• Kellie (10/5): Lovely family friendly apartment - This property was a perfect spot for our family. Plenty of room for all of us to sleep and relax there. Great to have a bath as well as a shower as this was ideal for my toddler. There was ample off road parking at the property, and right by a row of shops, cafés, restaurants and a pub. The host was extremely helpful throughout the stay, and the entire process was really easy. Nice and clean and a really nicely presented apartment throughout. We will be back! Thank you so much.

• Julie (8/5): Very good - The location was excellent. The beds could do with upgrading- not a great nights sleep. Kitchen was lacking a few utensils, such as a bread knife and a fish slice. Could not get the oven to work- the owner did offer to come and sort it - but if it is tricky then maybe should have been set up before we got there? Also no instructions for the microwave.

• Bridgette (9/5): Great location and well equipped for a pleasant stay in woodall Spa - Wonderful apartment in the centre of Woodhall Spa. The attic space rooms was well equipped and fitted out. Easy walk to the key locations in the town. We stayed Thur/Fri evenings and the bonus for us was it was 40's weekend so the street outside was lined with vintage vehicles and people in period costume. Plentiful off-road parking at the rear of the property. The apartment was situated up two flights of stairs, ok for us but people with a walking disability or older people would struggle.

• Sally (10/5): A hidden gem in the heart of Woodhall Spa - Its a little gem of a place, in the heart of Woodhall, surrounded by shops and cafes. Felt homely and a nice cosy feel, with lots of nice features. Table set up so we could have a lovely family meal, the cereals , tea and coffee were an added bonus. Would definitely book again as close to all amenities. Was over too quick, liked to have stayed longer!

• Anne (7/5): Great location. Pleasant place to stay. - Location was perfect as we were visiting family in Woodhall. Liked the additional extras of cereals and plenty of tea coffee and sugar. These are usually very limited in other places we stay. Also appreciated the face cloth supplied as well as towels. Overall cleanliness was good. The was a booklet with some local information in it which would be very handy for those who don't know the area. There were quite a few lovely little touches and we would stay again. It was a little bit shabby in places and a little bit more attention to detail would be good. There was a light fitting hanging off the ceiling and some rubbish by the fridge. In the bathroom there were a couple of random screws in the corner and a piece of a shower seal strip behind the bathroom door. There was also a small piece of cellophane on the floor of the second bedroom. Something had been spilt over the kitchen door which would only take about 5 minutes to clean.
• Matthews (7/5): Great flat in a prime location - Perfect location to the Broadway. Breakfast cereal and beverages provided. Everything you could want in a home from home. Parking off road. Soap and shampoo provided along with Towels. Provide a list of places to eat and maybe a pack up of things to do in the area. This wasn't an issue but a benefit if added.
