• Alcay (10/5): - In a word, a fantastic hotel. The atmosphere was great, the surroundings and views were beautiful, the rooms were very clean and luxurious, and the staff were friendly. I highly recommend it.
• Amelia (10/5): Stunning hotel in quiet town, perfect relaxing stay - Beautiful hotel, lovely room with comfortable beds, great facilities including spa, gym and pool. The staff were all very friendly and hospitable. I was woken up by banging at 3am one night and as a result the hotel offered me to go on a free horse riding tour! Very kind. Breakfast was delicious too. I enjoyed staying in the quieter Ortahisar, but I did have to hire a car for €100 for 2 days in order to get around. I’m glad that I did though! Nothing!

El trato del personal fue correcto, los servicios que contratamos fueron puntuales. La habitación era amplia. El SPA estaba lleno de niños, el jacuzzi no funcionaba, el agua estaba fría. El desayuno no fue lo que esperaba, faltaba fruta, mucha espera para poder pedir tortilla o huevos revueltos. Mucho calor en las habitaciones, tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta.

Some female staff barely speak English and did not try to understand when we say that there are no shower amenities in the room.
• Cody (10/5): Gorgeous getaway with relaxing slow vibe at hotel and town. - Great facilities, the rooms were quite nice and well appointed and very comfortable. The vibe/aesthetic is on point and the included breakfast was delicious. Loved the terraced views. Slower pace in Ortahisar is more relaxing than Goreme but still convenient access to area amenities. The photo of the pool is a bit misleading, looks much larger/spacious than it actually is - only really offers space for 2 parties (4-5 people). The bed springs were extremely squeaky. Any movement whatsoever would make significant noise. If we didn’t bring a toddler with us, would’ve have been that big of an issue, but when it’s waking up a jet lagged 1-year old it’s a problem.

• Hannah (5/5): Be Aware - Read reviews carefully. - Based in a nice quiet location - close to busier towns. Very confusing layout and not a lot of signage to help. The pool is deceivingly small. The photos on the booking do not show the rooms properly / accurately.Was disappointed with our “Deluxe Room” as it was not what was pictured. Weird room layout and the AC did not work properly / was extremely loud and made it difficult to sleep in the heat / noise. Breakfast was okay but limited options.
• Monika (10/5): Wonderful and relaxed stay at the heart of Ortahisar - Exedra Hotel was just amazing! Beautiful and stylish interior, warm and helpful staff. Breakfast has a great variety of options for everyone's taste, and you can also book activities at the reception. Truly wonderful service! The hotel is in a calm and peaceful town of Ortahisar, close to other bigger Cappadocia towns.

• Emine (5/5): Cet établissement accueille trop de groupes ce qui gâche son charme. - L'emplacement était très bien. La piscine est absolument sous dimensionnée par rapport à la taille de l'hôtel, Piscine vraiment très petite et l'espace transat également sous dimensionné, on pouvait compter un maximum de 6 transats, en tout état de cause il n y avait pas de place pour en mettre davantage. En clair une seule famille ou un seul petit groupe de voyageurs pouvaient occuper la piscine et les transats.

• Laetitia (5/5): Pas un bon rapport qualité/prix - L’établissement est indéniablement très beau, la décoration soignée et les chambres ultra confortables (même si la nôtre était plutôt petite). La piscine est petite mais agréable, et le rooftop bar offre un cadre sympa pour boire un verre le soir. Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel à Ortahisar, mais ce fut la plus grosse déception de notre séjour, malgré le fait qu’il s’agissait de l’hôtel le plus cher des trois que nous avions réservés. La nourriture au petit déjeuné et au buffet à volonté le soir, surtout côté sucré, n’était pas bonne (le salé était correct). L’accueil a été extrêmement rude, particulièrement de la part de la dame à la réception. Ortahisar en lui-même n’offre pas grand-chose à faire à part le château, et nous ne recommanderions donc ni la destination ni cet hôtel, malgré sa beauté.

• ANTOINE (7/5): Un bel hôtel mais gâché par l’amabilité inexistante du personnel - L’emplacement de l’hôtel qui était à l’écart de l’agitation de Göreme avec toutes les commodités à proximité. le personnel masculin était fort peu sympathique et donnait l’impression de les déranger à chaque sollicitation. Le prix des excursions et transports anormalement élevé (souvent x2 par rapport aux agences en face de l’hôtel), je comprend que l’hôtel veuille se faire sa marge, mais il ne faut pas prendre les clients pour des pigeons. Peu pratique lorsque vous voyager avec un enfant, mais cela est le cas de beaucoup d’hôtels dans la région
• Satoko (8/5): 友人とでもカップルでも、楽しむことが出来て、思い出に残るホテル。 - 部屋は綺麗で清潔だった。設備も充実していた。無料でプールに入ることが出来る。 メッセージの対応も丁寧だった。特に日没は眺めが良い。 広いので、いろんな部屋を使うこともできる。 空港からのシャトルは€200、それを使う以外のアクセス方法はない。受付は1人のみの対応なので時間がかかる。シャトルの時間は前日に聞いた時間と違っていた。 朝食も豪華だが、宿泊代を考えるともう少しレパートリーがあってもいいかも？他のところと比較した場合。

• Jose (2/5): Pésima relación calidad-precio. - Nada. Todo fatal. Todo. Aseo pésimo. El precio del hotel pierde relación con la calidad del servicio recibido. La señora del restaurante, "es culpa mía que no me guste la música a todo volumen". Los señores de la recepción solucionaron nuestra solicitud de cambio de habitación pero la sensación general es que la administración del hotel no quiere saber nada de sus huéspedes. Los botones ayudaron de manera especial cuando fue requerido.

• Dilek (8/5): Good would stay again. - The hotel was lovely! A great location, comfortable, clean and good facilities. The staff were friendly. Dinner wasn’t included in the price however was great value and the buffet had many choices with great taste. We also had a session of Turkish bath plus massage. The spa facilities were good with a sauna, hamam, jacuzzi and heated seating to lay down after. The rooms were clean, heated well with a fireplace lit upon request and very spacious and comfortable. Too many stairs! The two restaurants are either on the top or basement floor. Breakfast hot section wasn’t great at all and options were limited but staff were helpful and friendly- no issues there. The spa needs robes or towels! It was freezing moving from one area to another after treatments and the thin muslin wraps are not enough at all!

The staff in the restaurant for breakfast were very professional and nice. - I liked the location They gave us our room which was in the basement area, very disappointing because we traveled from the USA to visit the beautiful area of Cappadocia but this hotel deprived us from the majestic view. In addition, the room was extremely hot even when the AC was turned on.

• Matshemo (10/5): A beautiful stay at an incredibly magnificent hotel - What a gem! The hotel has an ancient, regal looking zeal to it and it is absolutely stunning! I could not get over the scenery and views from our room. It was just dreamy! The architecture is insanely glorious. The staff was friendly and so so helpful. The food? Divine! We had breakfast and a buffet for dinner and we were just impressed with the variety of options they had. It was quite cold in the evening and we had a bonfire made by the staff. My friends and I huddled around the fire over a delicious bottle of local chardonnay. It was magical. The extra bed was not comfy at all. A single pull up bed, the hotel can do better.

• Huichen (1/5): Wouldn’t recommend - There are a couple of things I’d like to mention about this property, (1) We were given room 101, which sits directly below the restaurant. The restaurant speaker plays music all day long till 11pm - it isn’t loud to hear from the balcony but it is actually very loud in our room! (2) The staffs were not very attentive… for example we requested a takeout breakfast because we leave at 5. The staff for sure noted it down but we didn’t get our breakfast sets (I also gave up asking) (3) The room is actually old and not clean (you see those dirt marks here and there) (4) The public space itself? Definitely not as nice as their Instagram Anyway I’ve for sure overpaid for this stay.
• raquel (5/5): Tranquila - El hotel era bonito , desayuno muy bien , la decoración bonita y muy limpio todo y el personal muy bien también , te ayudaban con las maletas xque el ascensor no llega a todas las habitaciones y hay muchas escaleras , las zonas comunes son preciosas Ponen la música del bar piscina desde las 7 de la mañana y no puedes descansar , la habitación que me dieron con jacuzzi no tenía ventanas ni balcón eran totalmente interior y sin vistas , pregunté que quería una habitación con vistas a los globos y con balcón y me dijeron que sí y cuando llegué me encontré con esto y la habitación costaba 200 e la noche , el restaurante de lo alto no se corresponde con un hotel de 4 estrellas es muy normal y la comida regular , no ponen fruta en los desayunos para mí un gran fallo ya que los españoles en general comemos mucha fruta ,la cama era de muelles era incómoda muy blanda y sonaba un montón , teníamos una suite no una habitación estándar , pregunté que me cambiaran a otra habitación con balcón y me dijeron en recepción que no tenían habitaciones con balcón sino con ventanas y que estaban llenos y que esas habitaciones eran mucho peor que la mía , cosa que vimos q estaban limpiando una de las que tenían ventana y estaba mucho mejor que la nuestra , la piscina del hotel no estaba climatizada con el frío que hace , el spa un sábado por la mañana estaba cerrado .no recomendaría este hotel .

The staff was very helpful, I enjoyed the Spa which was very relaxing afterwards of a long tour in the day. The breakfast was very complete, and the room was comfortable. I will be back.

Må betale ekstra for appelsin juice blandet med vann. Personalet var kun opptatt av penger, de ville selge alt av det dyreste. Når jeg søkte opp samme tjeneste kostet det halv pris av det de sa. De blir veldig misfornøyd hvis du takker nei til tilbudet. Måtte endre mye av planene grunnet dårlig service og råd fra resepsjonen.

Carved into a cave and resorted to perfection I had the king room and it had a large living area that went into a large bedroom and then another big room which was the bathroom. The pool and solarium are pleasant, but the number of sun loungers is limited and the music is too loud. The hotel offers a good breakfast with a wide choice of local products. Lots of tour groups, restaurant can get crowded when they all go to breakfast. The spa was average, the hammam wasn't open, the jacuzzi was cold and the floor wasn't very clean.

Gruplar yonlendirilmiyor ve gece rahatsiz ediyorlar. Elbette bir grup lideri gorevini otel yapmak zorunda degil ama grup karsilamalarinda biraz daha sessiz olunabilir

• Samantha (7/5): - Very visually beautiful hotel - lovely to walk around and find a nice spot to sit in the courtyard or overlooking the valley. Rooms were nice and the breakfast was good. We also had a nice massage in the day spa. Staff were quite pushy about the balloon ride and other touristy things

• Khanna (10/5): Highly Recommend - The hotel stay here was EXCEPTIONAL. It was so beautiful and majestic. One of the best properties we have been to. The food and ambience, everything was mind blowing. Breakfast options can be improved.
