L' host Valeria è stata presente e d'aiuto per ogni richiesta e consiglio. Per me è stato un soggiorno davvero piacevole. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

• Pablo (10/5): Cómoda habitación doble con vistas a la montaña - Está ubicado a pocas cuadras de Piazza Duomo, en el centro histórico golpeado por el terremoto. La propiedad está totalmente construída de cero. La habitación 4 es un altillo (manzarda) con dos habitaciones de 4x4 (o más), un baño completo con bidet, un hall con un pequeño mueble, pava eléctrica, horno microondas, cubiertos, platos, tazas, vasos, alguna sartén y ollas. No tiene cocina, ni hay desayuno. Hay una mesa para 4 personas en cada habitación, donde se puede desayunar o comer algo preparado, con víveres propios comprados afuera. El supermercado queda a 400 metros. Francesco es un extraordinario host, responde inmediatamente cualquier duda, ofrece consejos turísticos y buena charla. El lugar está muy limpio y tiene agua caliente abundante. Es silencioso durante la noche; durante el día puede haber ruído de algunas construcciones, inevitable en esta zona de L'Aquila post-terremoto. A pesar de ser un altillo, no hay sensación de encierro, gracias a la vista a la montaña y el sol que entra por la mañana. Agregaría una tostadora, un recipiente para preparar te o café, barandas en las escaleras y agarraderas de apoyo para evitar caídas en la bañera.

• Stephany (10/5): - Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento con altri 4 amici e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa era pulita, ordinata e rispecchiava perfettamente le foto dell’annuncio. L’accesso è stato semplice e immediato, il che ha reso il nostro arrivo molto comodo. Il vero valore aggiunto sono stati però Francesco e Valeria: sempre disponibili, gentili e incredibilmente flessibili nell’adattarsi ai nostri orari di viaggio. Ogni volta che li contattavo ricevevo risposta in tempi rapidissimi, e in più ci hanno consigliato ottimi posti da visitare e dove mangiare nella zona. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole sotto tutti i punti di vista. Tornerò sicuramente in questo Airbnb la prossima volta che visiterò L’Aquila.

• mariaspiezia (10/5): Soggiorno di una settimana in famiglia - La posizione è ottima, centralissima e servita da negozi e autobus. Il cento storico è molto carino e tocco di storia ed il.cibo davvero da provare. La struttura è grande, accogliente e con tutti i comfort del caso e idem posso dirlo per il proprietario che ci ha dato interessanti dritte sui luoghi da visitare e su come arrivarci. Poche cose andrebbero migliorate,come per esempio una copertura al terrazzo esterno per la protezione dai raggi solari e stessa cosa anche per il bagno e per il.corridoio della camera numero 4 dove già all'alba arrivano una luce molto forte e accecante. Per il resto top davvero.

La posizione è ottimale per visitare la città, a pochi metri dal centro e comoda per visitare i dintorni de L’Aquila. Francesco, il proprietario, di una gentilezza unica, ci ha saputo consigliare in tutto e per tutto, da cosa visitare a dove mangiare. Consigliatissimo. Nulla

Vicino al centro, ho trovato parcheggio sotto la guida del proprietario Francesco, che è stato gentilissimo e si è fatto sempre sentire anche se non ho avuto il piacere di conoscerlo. Mi ha suggerito dove andare a mangiare e tante altre cose. Una persona cordiale e sempre a disposizione. Sono stato benissimo. Grazie mille Francesco per l’ospitalità

• Marie-lou (10/5): Calme, confort, harmonie et gentillesse - Structure récemment et magnifiquement rénovée dans le centre d'Aquila. Hôte très réactif qui a répondu à toutes mes demandes en amont et a gentiment accepté que j'entre dans la chambre bien plus tôt que prévu. La chambre simple est grande et très bien aménagée. Rien ne manque : grandes serviettes de bain, bouilloire, machine à café, vaisselle etc. Il y avait même un micro-ondes ! Le quartier est très calme et silencieux. Le propriétaire, adorable, m'a proposé de m'accompagner en voiture à l'arrêt de Flixbus situé à la périphérie de la ville ! Ce qui était d'autant plus appréciable qu'il faisait très chaud ! Un endroit que je conseille sans réserve et où j'espère revenir. Tout était parfait

There was a free public parking area on the piazza nearby and we could find a place there easily, not no private parking nor electric car charging station as we had hoped based on the booking.com listing. It required some efforts to carry our luggage from the parking area to the apartment.
