• Georgy (10/5): Очень рекомендую - Прекрасная чистая квартира. Сделан свежий ремонт. Есть все необходимое: посуда, приборы, микроволновка, кофе-машина. В квартире очень чисто, все функционально и приятно. Есть быстрый Интернет. Отличная большая кровать, удобный матрас, я очень хорошо выспался. Постельное белье свежее, как и полотенца. Владелец выдал максимально подробные инструкции по заселению, был на связи. Есть свое парковочное место за шлагбаумом. Идеальное место, чтобы остановиться на несколько ночей одному или вдвоем. Не могу назвать ни одного минуса, за свои деньги это отличный вариант.

• IVETA (10/5): - Saimnieks fenomenāli atsaucīgs,laipns,izpalīdzīgs,radošs. Vienistabas dzīvokļa iekārtojums nestandarta, kas padarīja daudz interesantākas izjūtas tur atrodoties. No sienas skapja Ir izveidota niša, kurā ir liela ,plata gulta ar super matraci, lieliska gulēšana mugurai. Papildus ir liels dīvāns ,kas ir savādāks,labāks, ērtāks nekā uz foto, pieņemu ,ka uz tā var arī ērti gulēt! , TV ar grozāmo kronšteinu un lielisku kvalitāti., viss nepieciešamais,lai justos kā mājās. Vannas istabā ir viss nepieciešamais, lai varētu relaksēties ar ūdens procedūrām. Tur ir papildus radiotars, kas var kādam ļoti noderēt. Dzīvoklis silts, gaišs, logiem žalūzijas, uz grīdas mīksti paklāji, visas iespējas ēdiena gatavošanai, kafijai sarkans robotiņš ar kapsulām. Lai to visu izmantotu, iesaku dzīvot tur vismaz 2 dienas un vairāk! Dzīvoklis noteikti ir perfekts liela auguma cilvēkiem! Nākošreiz mums jāieplāno vismaz 2 dienas, lai izbaudītu visus labumus pilnīgāk.

The apartment has absolutely everything you need: stove, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, shower, air conditioning with both cooling and heating functions, bath towels, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Moreover, the hosts were very pleasant and caring. The shared entrance corridor to the apartment has long needed major repairs, but this does not pertain to the apartment itself.

• Katarzyna (9/5): Bardzo udany pobyt. - bdb kontakt z właścicielem, który był bardzo pomocny w każdej kwestii, na maksa chce ułatwiać pobyt w Jełgawie. mogłoby być trochę więcej garnków, jakaś ściereczka do naczyń, szmatka do blatów.

• Tatjana (10/5): - Apartamenti bija ērti un moderni..Viss bija tīrs. Gultas bija ērtas. Bija pieejama televīzija un internets. Dušā bija super tādu ūdens strūklu nekur vēl nebiju lietojuši.... Viss bija ideāls, pietrūka varbūt eļļa ēdiena pagatavošanai. Varbūt cukurs un tādi sīkumiņa ēdiena pagatavošanai.

• Marius (8/5): Viešnagė patiko, nepaisant to, kad baisus laiptinės vaizdas ir išgasdino pradžioje. - Butas tvarkingas, švarus. Patiko tyla tiek viduje tiek lauke. Yra tvarkinga buitinė technika, indai. Patiko kad yra kavos aparatas su kapsulėmis. Televizorius su GO3 televizija. Iš esmės buto viduje viskas patiko. Bet kol iki to buto atėjome..........vaizdai kraupūs. Skelbime nei vienu žodžiu neužsimenama, kad tie ''vadinamieji'' apartamentai yra tiesiog paprasčiausias butas sename sovietiniame dvylikaaukštyje. Skelbimo nuotraukos labai gražios ir nemeluosiu - atitinka realybę. Bet kai pamatėm laiptinę žmona tiesiog neteko žado, norėjo apsisukti net neužėjusi į butą...... Laimei, buto vidus nudžiugino. Atvirai pasakysiu - jei skelbime būtų įkelta namo ir laiptinės nuotrauka savininkui tikrai reikėtų stipriai numušti kainą. Būtent dėl to ir daviau mažesnį įvertinimą ties kainos ir kokybės santykiu.
• Merike (10/5): - Don't be put off by the first impression when you enter the stairwell. When you enter the apartment, it's like entering another dimension. The room is very clean, beautiful and very quiet and comfortable. Everything works flawlessly and the host is helpful and quick to respond to emails. So, once you get over the first scare, the overall impression is very good. ☺️

• Iluut (6/5): - Kena ja puhas korter. Rahulik ümbrus. Tundub, et maja koridorist on teadlikult pildid bookingusse lisamata jäetud. Maja koridori põrandaplaadid on lõhutud, seinad täis soditud. Aga kui see 7m õudust läbitud, siis korter ise väga kena ja puhas.
• Mariusz (9/5): Polecam na krótki pobyt. - Pokój jest czysty, przestronny i wygodny. Nie mam zastrzeżeń. Należy jednak być przygotowanym na to, że zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty nie obejmuje np herbaty, cukru, jak ma to miejsce w innych ofertach, ale administrator nie obiecywał, więc to tylko sugestia na przyszłość. Ekspres do kawy wymaga kapsułek, w szafce były dwie oraz śmietanka.

• Aleksandr (10/5): Newly renovated, central location - Newly removated, clean, close to the palace and center. The owner helps with the parking. Staicase in the house is a bit frightening :) but nothing to do with the apartment.
• Kate (10/5): I think it was the best decision to stay overnight in this apartment. There was everything you need, especially importan - Everything was clean, very comfy and very quiet. Very comfortable bed, nice lighting and a huge plus for the TV.

• Vaidas (10/5): The perfect choice - Very clean, everything is in order, with all the necessary items, tools and equipment. Everything has been taken care of to the maximum The house itself, where the apartments are located, has a poor appearance. But that didn't bother me.

• Marmari (10/5): Great accommodation - Ideal apartment for short break or a longer holiday. It was our first experience in getting an appointment rather than staying at the hotel. We loved how responsive the host was and how easy the check-in and check out was. The flat was spacious and super clean, with plenty of storage room. Everything that needed was provided, to name some: fresh fluffy soft towels, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, good size fridge & freezer, kitchen towel, giod size smart tv, etc. The kitchen was fully equipped. A powerful shower was one of the highlights. Spacious, comfy bed and extra pillows also available. Nice touch was that the coffee pods and coffee machine provided by the host for our use were complimentary. The weather was hot, but it was nice and cool in the flat. The location was perfect - central Jelgava (saying that - we were very surprised how quiet the flat was - no road noise whatsoever despite the close proximity to the main road, no noise from the neighbours also), pleasant walking distance to interesting spots, like Pasta sala, Trinity church tower museum, and the palace (Latvia University of Agriculture) with a mini museum, Academia Petrina with exquisite art collection from Latvian artists and Jelgava history museum. Top restaurants also nearby - Pilsētas Elpa, Parks grill and bar, Central cafe Jelgava, Istaba - good food and service (would recommend). All the other essentials, like groceries and drinks could be purchased at the corner shop 'Aibe' 2 min walk away from the flat (essentials only though - milk, bread, water, wine, sandwich fillers like ham and cheese - nothing fancy), supermarket Mego at the Jelgavas Passāža 7 min walk from the flat for a better selection of products, or a bit further walk away (approx 15 min) - Rimi (probably our favourite). Bolt food delivery service was also very convenient and didn't disappoint. The tired looking entrance to the building and the communal hall didn't put us off.

• Scott (8/5): Overall, it met my expectations and I would recommend it. Having towels would make it perfect! - Very straightforward to collect keys. Bed was comfortable and having a streaming service on the TV was nice. Overall, very happy with the one night stay. Would have been nice to have a towel for the shower.
