Honestly, the host was not just 10/10, but 11/10. We travel a lot, but we have never met such a kind, welcoming, and generous host before. From the very first moment, we felt truly cared for like family. ❤️ The host surprised us with food, cakes, snacks, and so many thoughtful gestures during our stay. It’s very rare nowadays to meet such a wonderful person with such a big heart. We honestly don’t even know how to fully describe how grateful we are for everything he did for us. We will never forget this experience for the rest of our lives!🙏🏼 The apartment itself was spotless — absolutely 10/10 for cleanliness. Everything was perfectly organized, beautifully arranged, and very comfortable. You can immediately see that the place is maintained with care and attention to every detail. And the panorama/view… simply breathtaking! Everything about this place was wonderful. If you come to this area, I can guarantee you will be extremely impressed and fully satisfied with your stay.🏞️ A huge respect and thank you to the host from all of us. • Gerd (10/5): Ein außergewöhnlicher Aufenthalt - Also allein Günther der Gastgeber ist es wert hierher zu kommen. Selten wurden wir so herzlich empfangen und umsorgt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt in dem sauberen und schönen Appartement. Wir konnten nicht anders und mussten verlängern. Der Pool und der Jakuzzi haben ihren Teil dazu beigetragen. Und der Blick auf Samobor ist atemberaubend. Gerne wieder ! Die Außentreppe zum Appartement ist nicht so toll für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Beweglichkeit.

The fresh mountain air and the peaceful sounds of birds created a relaxing and refreshing atmosphere. The highlight of our stay, however, was the host—Gunter. His hospitality was exceptional and heartfelt. He went above and beyond to make sure my family and I felt completely at home. From welcoming us with thoughtful gifts—flowers for my wife, chocolates, fresh fruits, and water—to taking our kids on a joyful cabriolet ride, every gesture was filled with genuine kindness. There was even a special surprise just for me, which I’ll keep as a personal, memorable secret. This place is not just about the beautiful setting—it’s about the warmth and care that Gunter puts into every detail. Highly recommended for anyone looking for both comfort and a uniquely personal touch. Since it's 800 km away from our home, we can’t visit as often as we’d like.

Clean, looked much better than on the photos, two comfortable double beds, quiet, very nice jacuzzi (even with 13 degrees rainy weather it was great as it was a kind of a tent). Also kid-friendly, had small bathtub for kids. Only 30 minutes drive from Zagreb old town. Some pans were scratched and would be better to replace them (scratched teflon surface is not healthy).

• Goran (10/5): Svaka pohvala za gosp. Gunthera i njegov apartman te se veselim sljedećem susretu. - Apartman nudi sve što vam je potrebno za ugodan boravak. Smješten je blizu Samobora, svega nekoliko minuta autom se dođe u grad. Vlasnik apartmana je izrazito srdačan i gostoljubiv čovjek, raspoložen za razgovor ali pritom nije nametljiv. Svakome preporučam boravak u Panorama apartmanu.

• Lea (10/5): Vrhunski smještaj - Najviše nam se svidjela srdačnost domaćina gđe. Ivanke i g. Günthera. Dočekali su nas s prikladnim aperitivima i ostalim pićem, što nas je odmah oduševilo. Osjećali smo se kao doma. Apartman je izrazito čist, ima sve što je potrebno, od najsitnijih detalja, poput broja lokalnog taksija, turističkih brošura, hrpe čajeva, poklončića za odlazak...Prekrasna panorama iz spavaće sobe te jacuzzi čine dodatnu čaroliju ovog smještaja. Svaka pohvala domaćinima i apsolutna preporuka! Nadamo se da ćemo opet doći ovdje. -

• Marko (10/5): Ko ti je žal, ker nisi imel več časa za samo koriščenje v apartmaja! - Kot gost prideš, odideš kot prijatelj! Naše bivanje je bilo vezano na prireditev, ki je bila v bližini, zato ni bilo časa za veliko druženje, kar ga je pa bilo je bilo prijetno! Verjamem, da ni bilo zadnjič. Vse dobro vama želimo, res smo uživali v vaših prostorih in gostoljublju. V sami nastanitvi je vse zelo precizno zamišljeno in izkoriščeno do zadnje potankosti. Oprema je kvalitetna, prav tako vse kar sodi poleg, gospod ima rad red, kar se opazi na vsakem koraku. Dodano je vse in še več, drobne podrobnosti te pričakajo v vseh prostorih in te spremljajo ves čas bivanja! Hvala za vso prijaznost, trud in čas, ki ste nam ga namenili! Dodajam samo zato, ker je gospod Günther izrazil, da rad dobi informacijo tudi o stvareh, ki smo jih morda pogrešili v času bivanja-kakšna manjša brisača na sobo bi prišla prav! Pa da ne bo pomote, velike brisače so bile!

El anfitrion vive en la planta baja y definitivamente se toma en serio el concepto de hospitalidad y cuidado hacia los huespedes, eso si...tambien el huesped tiene que cuidar el anfitrion un poco...creo que lo que nos llevamos es la idea de crear una relación entre personas más que un intercambio economico. nos hemos quedado solo una noche, hubiera estado mejor quedarse 2!

Se encuentra en la montaña verde con unas vistas increíbles y fácil acceso en coche. Gunther es un anfitrión amable y detallista. Muchas gracias por tu hospitalidad. Nos ofreció beber vino y tomates de su propia cosecha. Estaba todo delicioso. Revivimos disfrutando del jacuzzi al exterior acompañados por las estrellas y luces románticas. Recomendaría 100% la estancia cerca de Zagreb.

Le logement est très très propre. C’est un endroit très calme. Le logement est climatisé. La piscine est peut être un peu petite, mais a le mérite d’être là et c’était fort agréable par cette chaleur!
