Il nous a trouvé un autre logement immédiatement, et en plus plus grand. Il nous a accompagné et demandé de nos nouvelles pour savoir si on était bien arrivés. La déco des 2 appartements sobres, ils étaient fonctionnels. Franchement ravie d avoir loué chez eux. Un grand merci

• Thea (9/5): - Camera molto calda e accogliente, presenti tutti i servizi di cui si può necessitare. Ottima la pulizia di tutto il monolocale. L’intero edificio molto silenzioso e dal monolocale all’ottavo piano si poteva vedere una parte di Bucharest dall’alto. Comodo a tutte le attrazioni e ai mezzi di trasporto (Piata Romana con bus e metro è poco distante) Unica pecca è che l’edificio, per entrare nell’appartamento, presenta lavori in corso con vari pezzi di elettrodomestici e calcinacci per alcuni corridoi. Caldaia dell’appartamento un pó rumorosa ma niente di problematico.

• Emilian (8/5): Short but sweet. - Loved the location and the furniture. Bathroom was impeccable. Very small place in the kitchen to cook. The Microwave occupies too much space. Plates and bowls were missing, only 1 metal bowl was provided... More kitchenware would be ideal. Coffee was provided and tea but also Salt/Pepper, Cooking oil should be provided too, and kept within the property. The hallway before the entrance to the flat was looking messy and like a construction site, hope it will improve soon and be more aesthetic. I felt a bit misled and disappointed because when I have opted for this room I expected a bath (as it was written in the description) as that was one of the KEY aspects why I have chosen the place, nevertheless, the shower was alright.

The mattresses need an upgrade, but maybe ive been spoiled by pricier hotel beds. either way I still managed a good nights sleep.

• Eva (10/5): - Unglaublich große und komfortable Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern; schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber; perfekte zentrale Lage in fußläufiger Entfernung zur Altstadt und mit guter ÖV-Anbindung; ruhig; auch das Stiegenhaus war schön und mit sogar zwei Aufzügen ausgestattet. Wir waren begeistert! Alles perfekt!

• Dany (7/5): Great stay and place. - Great amenities, atmosphere, The room is at 8th floor and people running around by the windows in the ”balcony”. Outdated tv, just terrible. Air conditioning not working, very hot. Too small bed sheets, constantly going off.

Good access to good restaurants, cafes. Outside of building and street looks tatty, but Bucharest full of these types of building. Sofa very low in 3 bed apartment.

• Catherine (7/5): Nice place - horrible service - The property was large, and with just two people we only used part of it. It was clean and in a decent location. Lots of university kids in the area, but it was quiet at night. We were given the wrong apartment number and the wrong code to get into the apartment. The agency that handles the apartment really messed up. First, we had to find WIFI and a way to contact them and get the correct code. They said we already had the code through our Airbnb message. I said we didn’t rent through Airbnb; we used booking dot com. Then they said they had given us the wrong apartment number and wrong code. It took us over an hour to figure everything out and get in. One has to keep the code handy because it is the only way to enter the apartment-no keys. The door was difficult to open unless you pushed the handle down hard after entering the code. It was inexcusable.

• Pgsc (9/5): Great city, excellent location - but mind the dangers until the hosts fix them! - We arrived in Bucharest in a late night flight - but the inexpensive express airport to city bus stops just 5-6 minutes walk from the apartment at Piatra Romana and so getting into the place was easy using the instructions for the door codes - so this was no problem even at 11pm at night. The location is great - not just for visiting the tourist sites using the Piatra Romana metro stop - but for the local eateries , coffee shops, bakers stalls, ATM bank machines, money changers and the great nearby garden "pub" called Local - just head east on the street of the apartment building. Just beyond the Piatra Romana Metro entrance is a kiosk where you can get city bus tickets from a machine - if you don't know this (and the locations of these are not well advertised) you are stuck as the buses do not accept cash. Just 50m west from the apartment on the same street is a great inexpensive lunchtime buffet restaurant with plenty of tasty food for just a few $ - highly recommended! There is a large Carrefour supermarket nearby - making it easy to stock up the kitchen. The beds are comfortable, the place was clean and tidy and there is lots of space. We spent most of our time asleep in the flat or out seeing the sights - but it would also make a great base for a working or business visit as there is a great sitting room with a large dining table and good wifi connections. July 2024 it was 41 degrees in Bucharest - so we loved the air-con which made sleeping comfortable! The 4th floor location gives great views over the suburbs - and with the lift/elevator it is no problem for carrying luggage. The shower was excellent - with plenty of warm water. These is a clothes washing machine - but you can't use this at the same time as the cooker for various electric reasons - see below. DANGER 1: The electric wiring is a disgrace - with open contacts that children could kill themselves with a careless finger. Seriously - the apartment should be closed until an electrician fixes this! I an not kidding - See the photos ! DANGER 2: open the wardrobe door - and it topples forward onto you - as the wall fixation has come loose. Again - the apartment needs a visit from the repair man! If the hosts fix those - I would be happy to book again.

It was clean, the bathroom is very spacious and comfortable. When we got there the AC was on and it was very pleasant. The water pressure could be better and the bed could be more comfortable.

We were close enough to the centre and transport links but was very quiet - being on the 8th floor as well we got some fantastic views! Pretty much everything we needed was provided, even a bottle of water and some little chocolates! Everything was very clean and comfortable! There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Just be warned that there’s clearly still some improvements being made on the 8th floor so can seem a little daunting on approach but once you’re in it’s delightful! I’d also just add that a little pot of salt and pepper and maybe some laundry detergent wouldn’t go amiss!

Salt and pepper in the kitchen would have been great! Also everything was so lovely but the living area could do with a nicer more comfortable sofa - still very happy otherwise

• Rein (9/5): Spacious apartment on a quiet street - Spacious and modern apartment on a quiet street. There are several restaurants within walking distance. The host was responsive and helpful. The kitchen was very small. We didn’t cook but it might be an issue for others.
• Florin (9/5): Good, spacious appartment - Good location and price. Very clean linens, dishes and overall. Spacious. Beds/mattresses are on the firm side but were great for us. Well stuffed. The fans in the bathroom have hard time ventilating and clering the air. One of the bedrooms only has windows to a narrow indoor court that's smelly and pigeons make noise in the morning. For that we used ear plugs to sleep. The good thing is that the windows in the living room and the other bedroom are big enough to aerate the whole apartment.

• Giorgio (8/5): Very good - The apartment is big and especially the living room is really nice. All the doors open with a code, so even arriving late in the night is not a problem. The shower drain was blocked and the water was flowing very slow. The apartment is a little far away from the old town (30 minutes walking or 10 minutes by taxi)
• Mykyta (7/5): good value for money - we weren’t expecting anything spectacular, and we’re satisfied with what we got. - it’s big, wide and has a lot of space. feels like you’re in some kind of palace 😝 the windows in the room on the main photo are facing inside the building - so the echo of pigeons and people talking in the neighbor flats was quite loud. also note that there’re renovations going in the building - thus they start to drill and hit roughly around 8am. and it’s happening everywhere in the building 🙃
