• Khoren (9/5): While the location is not ideal, the price, the amenities and the host make up for it big time. If you are okay staying - This review is based on the fact that you cannot find anything under 100€ in the city center of Rome. For the price paid (60€) this stay was a steal. The property is very clean, taken care of and it has all the amenities. Unlike a lot of other shared bathroom experiences (shard it with another room) this bathroom never smelled bad or was dirty. Shampoo, shower gel, hand gel was provided. Same thing about the kitchen — everything was clean, and thought of. Alessandro is very kind, I asked him on the day of the stay if it is okay to check in 2.5 hours earlier and he agreed. He did not have unnecessary and rudimentary rules. There are shops nearby, a Carrefour nearby and another 24h open market. While the location is not ideal, it is a good neighborhood. The location is the only thing that is there to dislike, considering you have to take a bus to go anywhere. It took me around 45minutes to get to Termini and 25ish minutes to get to “Spanish Steps” on bus. Other than that, everything is great.

Sarebbe opportuno evidenziarlo, questo non toglie nulla al gradimento del soggiorno ovviamente

Ottima la scelta a colazione, seppur la normativa vigente preveda solo la possibilità di cibi preconfezionati. La televisione in camera non consente di usufruire dei canali digitali ma solo delle applicazioni (Netflix, Youtube, etc.) ma è solo un piccolissimo disservizio in confronto a tutto il resto.

Colazione confezionata ma con buona scelta e prodotti di qualità Cucina disponibile attrezzata e pulita. Bagno ampio con doccia grande e acqua calda, prodotti disponibili. Unica pecca, non c'era carta igienica di scorta a disposizione. Tutto il resto top Non ho trovato la carta igienica e quella disponibile non era sufficiente per tutti gli ospiti

• Timur (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable room in a shared house, and the host is really friendly and helpful. At the same time, he doesn't live in the flat, and guests feel more relaxed. Kitchen has everything you need - I stayed for a week so I had a chance to prove it:) The location is amazing, I enjoyed the modernist architecture of the Olimpic village. Without carpets or anything of the like rooms can be loud, but in my case there weren't many people around.
