Sara (5/5): Passable - The host ruined our last night in our first holiday location by saying we couldn't change our arrival time from 3pm to 5pm, we were relying on public transport so had no control. She said she didn't live nearby, but that is her issue not ours. There was no information pack, so had to keep messaging her for information. Very poor experience. Information pack and don't moan that you live far away, it's not the guests problem.
