Somehow the access code didn't work. Probably the instruction was not that clear enough or the pin didn't work. Finally, we had to go a long way to get the key. 2. The master bedroom toilet light was blinking and they didn't come at all to fix it. We stayed 3D2N at the property and it was troublesome to use the toilet at night, 3, On Our 2nd night, we found cockroach in the master bedroom. 4. No water heater in both bathroom and no air-cond in the 2nd room
