Linen It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 09:00:00. Peak Periods Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. faduma (7/5): It was delightful and comfortable but not the best we have experienced. - We really loved how close it was to local grocery stores and restaurants. The property was clean on arrival and ready for us. The beds could use some bed sheets and parking was hard because of narrow driveway.
Suzanne (6/5): Great trip except neighbors - Location and very clean The neighbors were interfering with our holiday come over twice to complain about the outdoor light being on shining in her property. The reason this was happening because your power switch for the outside light is the opposite way to the one next to it so very confusing. we believe the Neighbourhood should have a blind, so the outdoor light doesn’t affect her.

Cherrie (1/5): I would never stay here again and highly recommend No one does, the company takes no responsibility for short falls from - The location was ok, the poor customer service after contacting via email on the day of our arrival, the guests before us had left food in the microwave and freezer, not knowing how long it had been there, to which the company responded oops to the cleaning person, the overall cleanliness of the property was not great to which again the company responded the cleaner didn’t have enough time between guests, no apology for how the property was left when we arrived, even after multiple emails they then decided they would not respond to my email, after sending my email twice, they actually responded but could not apologize for how unclean the property was, on contacting them again, they didn’t want to hear what I had to say, and said that they would not be responding to my email. This cost me almost $600 for 2 nights stay and it was unclean and the company just couldn’t be bothered with it and dismissed my emails. Extremely poor service. How unclean it was since the cleaner was pushed for time according to a response via email from the company. Sorry, but not my problem, as a paying guest I expect it to be clean and not have any left over food anywhere from previous guests.
