Swimming pool was also not in action. Rooms were shifted in midnight and really pathetic customer service. The staff is really not supportive, worst experience ever!

AC wasn't working. TV wasn't either. Linen had to be changed and the floor cleaned. There was no hot water. List goes on. We were given a fan and it was filthy too. Mould on the walls too.

- Manuel (5/5): Way to overpriced - Staff was very kind. The hotel is close to all major tourist attractions. The hotel is currently under construction. Therefore it is very noisy and dirty. In general, cleaning is not so good. Alsonthere was no daily room service. No complimentary water bottles. You have to pay a small price. Breakfast is not sufficient for the price. Overall, that would be acceptable for a much lower price. This hotel is severely overpriced and does definitely not fulfil the standards of a 4-star hotel.

- Yogesh (3/5): horrible experience it’s like 2 star hotel. - there was literally nothing to like about this property just everything had reason not to like it. no hot water in bathroom no pressure in toilet hand spray. transparent bathroom wall, can clearly see inside bathroom from outside. No mini refrigerator in the room. 1 water bottle for two guests per day. No variety in breakfast only Aalo Paratha or bread omelette. same curd bowl given to every customer who chooses aalo paratha, left over from previous goes to next customer. room given is different from what is in the picture. rooms are dirty no proper cleaning. bathrooms are super dirty. AC doesn’t work. No hair dryer in bathroom No tea coffers maker in room. Elevator super dirty. No power socket working in room(for mobile charging & Laptop use)
