• Adem (10/5): - All good. Everything was as expected. Host was friendly and easy to communicate. Facilities were excellent, also cleanliness of rooms and toilet. All needed equipment were available. Location is very suitable.

• Anna (3/5): - Lokalizacja Mieszkanie było brudne i nie mam na myśli 3 pyłków kurzu na szafce nocnej. Spod mebli wystawały śmieci (po przesunięciu fotela na bardziej dogodną pozycję odsłonięte zostały kolejne śmieci). Łazienka wyglądała na bardzo niedokładnie lub w ogóle nie sprzątaną od dawna. Na uchwycie na szczoteczki do zębów były ślady zaschniętej pasty do zębów. Brodzik niedomyty i żółty. Toaleta poniżej linii wody - czarna. Na narzutach na łóżko plamy. Sztućce dla pewności przed użyciem myłyśmy, bo wyglądały na niedomyte. Gąbka do naczyń oraz szmatka w zalewie w kuchni ociekały wodą i śmierdziały. Gospodarz po 22 wysłał wiadomość z zapytaniem, o której się wymeldujemy oraz czy wszystko jest ok. Odpowiedziałam na pytanie o godzinę oraz zapytałam, czy ktoś to mieszkanie sprzątał. Odpowiedzi nie uzyskałam, a następna wiadomość, kolejnego dnia, zupełnie ignorowała moje pytanie. Zdjęcia mieszkania na portalu Booking są stare, widać na nich dużo czystsze oraz w niektórych miejscach inaczej umeblowane mieszkanie.

Très peu d’équipement (ex: salière et poivrière présentes mais vides). Tout juste assez d’eau chaude pour 3 personnes (3 douches).

• Laurence (6/5): - Facilité d'emménagement et échanges rapides avec le propriétaire Appartement situé à 20mn a pieds du centre ville Bien pour une nuit étape à Split Équipements sommaires. Appartement situé dans une grande tour.

Y la segunda noche, en la que éramos 4 personas, no cambió las sábanas, de la cama que quedó . En resumen, que puso las dos noches para cuatro personas, en vez de para cinco durante la primera noche. No funcionaba ni microondas, ni cafetera. Y misión casi imposible aparcar cerca de este alojamiento.pesim

• Jon (9/5): - Ivan is great, flat is a reasonable walk into town, everything you need. Great market a few mins walk. So minor, couldn't get the TV to work!
• Erica (6/5): Not for me, but if you are just needing a quick overnight stay - it will do. - There was a grocery store nearby. The host was helpful especially as we were a last minute booking. There was an elevator. There were plenty of beds for 4 people. No Toaster, no basic condiments eg salt, pepper. Limited full sized towels, and all the cutlery was misshapen and bent. Only one air-conditioner and it was located in the living room.

• Lauren (9/5): Well stocked and ready to go - Well stocked kitchen, and plenty of space. Reasonably priced for Split The apartment is in a large tower block, and feels like taking an apartment away from a local.
• Jelena (9/5): I would warmly recommend it! - The apartment was clean and conveniently located, relatively close to the Split city centre and Bacvice beach (we used the bus to reach the city centre, but it can be easily reached by walking as well). The area was quiet and perfect for people who want to relax. I especially liked the fact that there were a lot of trees and benches around the building and in the neighborhood. The TV didn't work, but everything else was just perfect. It was great value for money and I would warmly recommend it!

• Jéssica (1/5): Bad accommodation - Anything. It was horrible 1. The instructions to the location were not precise. We got lost and contact the housekeeper. Eventhough he picked up the phone, the communication was not clear and very speedy. It was late in the night, but we expected better. Also, the door was not correctly identified, we only found the door because of the keys locker. 2. The apartment was not clean. The bathroom was in poor condition and also the bedrooms. We can point out plastic bags under the bed, the toillet not clean, the couch very durty and, worst of all, one of the pillows had blood on it. 3. The hot water was turned off. This result in us only be able to take a shower in the morning. Thank you!

• Agnese (7/5): Simple and fair - The host was excellent - easy to reach, responsive and flexible, allowing us to stay longer due to cancelled flight. The rooms and beds were comfortable, the flat was clean. The electric kettle did not work, and the water closet and shower cabin were leaking. Yet, there was no problem to boil water for coffee on the electric stove in a metalic kettle, and the leakeges were small enough to be absorbed by the small carpet in the bathroom. The parking place was only available for a fee (yet, it was quite small, so ok).
• Nina (5/5): Passable - Good location. It was very difficult to find parking. The entrance door to the apartment is very difficult to open, it is not clean because we found other people's hair on the beds in the bedroom. Renovation and replacement of furniture is needed, everything in the apartment is falling apart. We had no hot water because the water heater was not working.
• Olena (8/5): Very good - It is a spacious apartment with two bedrooms and multiple sleeping places. There are a lot of free and paid parking lots near this building and the neighbouring ones, though in the evening free ones are hard to get. Convenience of self check-in and check-out. Electric kettle and microwave didn't work, most likely because of the broken outlet on the kitchen.
