La camera era enorme e pulita, i tatami nuovi. Futon più comodo di altri provati. A cena abbiamo mangiato un buon sukiyaki di pollo. Il riso prodotto da loro era delizioso e di una lucentezza meravigliosa. Difronte la struttura c'è un fiume. Ideale per staccare la spina dalla frenesia della città per una notte. Al primo piano c'è anche una vasca termale molto carina. A pochi km dal villaggio Kayabuki no Sato Nulla

- J (6/5): Excellent location and staff. Quiet rooms. I’ll overlook average housekeeping and stay here again. - Room was standard Western design and size. Bathroom was good Cleanliness was average Staff was excellent and spoke excellent English. Rooms are starting to be a bit worn. Dust in all the usual places where it’s hard to get a vacuum into. The location, Terminal 3, is excellent for morning flights out of Tokyo.

The meals prepared for us were beautifully prepared and delicious - the traditional breakfast we had in the morning was my absolute favorite of our entire trip in Japan. We liked how friendly and accommodating Koda-san was to us, while allowing lots of privacy during our stay. The family went out of their way to help us when we were having trouble reaching the originally planned train station where they would pick us up to take us to Nantan. We were incredibly grateful that they told us they would come all the way to the train station where we were so that it was easier for our family. We would recommend Ryokan Kigusuriya for the wonderful experience and especially for those who are looking for the real Ryokan experience outside of the city in a more rural country setting. It made our trip to Japan memorable and special.
