• Christina (10/5): Wonderful views, friendly homestay! - Wonderful views from our windows.. Large clean and comfortable room. Bed was comfy too! We also appreciated having 2 comfortable chairs to sit in.. Bike/walking path is just meters away and tickets for bike hire and ferries are conveniently available from the homestay. Friendly and helpful owner and staff. Fabulous breakfasts set us up for the day! Nothing.

• Jules (10/5): We couldn't ask for more, thank you so much - Waking up with that view on the lake.. just leave the curtains open, it's fantastic. Amazing breakfast with that same view. Awesome room with double bed, large bathroom, little fridge, very clean. The owner and his staff were awesome, helped us rent bikes, get boat tickets with discounted prices. Free parking slot available 24/7 to park the car. I couldn't ask for more honestly. If there was an option to give it 11/10 I would give it. The breakfast, as amazing as it was, was at the latest at 8:50 am, which is not that early to be fair, but still got me out of bed earlier than I wanted lol. I guess it forced me to enjoy the day longer :) Some hotels could give you more flexibility for breakfast time, so that is really the only negative point I could say !

• Marius (10/5): The location is exceptional, and we want to stay there again when we are back in Taiwan, - The overall service was exceptional, and the proprietor went out of his way to help us. He even picked us up and dropped us off from the bus stop to the property. The breakfasts were outstanding. The rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. The room with "lake view" has great views of the lake and surrounding mountains. It is located right next to the bicycle path; step out of the property and on to the path. There is really nothing that we disliked about our stay there.
• Wartini (10/5): Voortreffelijke B& B alles klopt. - Grote kamer, zicht op het meer, veel ramen . Zeer gezond verzorgd ontbijt. Super behulpzame gastheer, met google translate legt hij alles uit. 2 goede testaurants aanbevolen door hem. Parkeerplaats tegenover.

• Natalia (10/5): - Wundervolles B&B – absolut empfehlenswert! Alles hat gepasst: Die Zimmer waren sauber und gemütlich, das Frühstück war hervorragend und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die unglaublich freundlichen Gastgeber, die den Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht haben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses B&B wirklich jedem empfehlen!

The hosts were so friendly and helpful with recommendations ! There’s a path straight outside leading to the lake walkway which was handy. Highly recommended, thankyou for such a lovely stay!
• 詠藍 (10/5): 超級優質民宿 - 環境真的非常乾淨舒適，湖景美不勝收 老闆、老闆娘的服務態度滿分！很溫和親切，互動上非常舒服 房間很大，浴室很乾淨，床也很好睡 重點是早餐非常好吃，好想念早餐~ 入住到退房沒有扣分的地方，下次到訪日月潭一定還會再來住😍 沒有！ 非得硬要說覺得停車場的環境可以再稍微維護，但其實也不影響！
• Tobias (10/5): Perfekte Aussicht - Die Unterkunft ist ca. 15 Gehminuten zur Busstation. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Seesicht und war extrem zufrieden. ( Zimmer 603 ) Die Besitzer und Personal waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden mit allem versorgt unter anderem mit frischen Früchten und Schuttelservice zum Bus. Das Frühstück findet im obersten Stock mit hammer Aussicht statt und war jeden Tag anders und sehr fein. Die Klimaanlage ist nicht auf das Bett gerichtet was uns sehr zusagte. Rein gar nichts
• Abdul (10/5): My Taiwan favourite - Incredible stay. The hosts are so kind, friendly and helpful, and truly went above and beyond. The bed is the most comfortable I have ever slept in, and the view is the best thing ever to wake up to. The location is very convenient if you are arriving by bus, and they have free parking too. This has been by favourite place in Taiwan. I wish I could have stayed longer.

• Onur (10/5): The B&B that beats all expectations. - Amazing lake view, very clean and fully equipped, quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was delicious and generous for all three days of our stay, and we were always served extra meat/toast/drinks until our bellies were full. The host was incredibly hospitable, driving us to see fireflies one night, as well as to the bike rental station after checking out the last day. An overall phenomenal B&B stay, with all details executed perfectly! We will only stay here if we ever come back to Sun Moon Lake.

• Belinda (10/5): What a view! - The property looks new, clean and in a very good location. I like a lot what they did to maximize the view by making most of the wall/window in glass. We stayed on the 6th floor and the view of the lake is just superb. Breakfast is very good and we already find it a big portion and yet they will gladly serve you more if it's not enough. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Just accross the street of the property is a private parking. We find serving breakfast at 8.30am a little bit late. Most attractions open already at 8am.

The hosts were excellent, with a little help from google translate. They were kind and considerate, and were excellent cooks too. Will definitely give it another go in the future.

• Mark (10/5): Great homestay! - Clean, accommodating, great breakfast, nice view for floor 7. Family owned and operated, nice location 15 min walk from Shuishe center. Loved it. A little hard to find. This is a b&b and not a hotel. “Mountain view” room means a street/city view room, which was misleading on booking.com. There will not be a view.

He was very patient and knowledgeable of the area and helped with day trips and local restaurants. Did not dislike anything.

The breakfast is nice, it’s not a buffet, you will get a set with fruits, vegetables, some meat, a coffee/tea, salad…. The staff was beyond friendly and so nice! The hotel is very new and we had a great time! We will for sure come back! The hotel doesn’t offer dinner so you will have to go back to the town “Shuishe”, but it only takes about 10-15 minutes :)

But during breakfast, and chatting more with the owner / staff, they opened up more and seemed very nice

They both helped us with recommendations for dinner and where to continue our trip at Taiwan. The location was very good. We will definitely come back all the way from Denmark again
