• Davide (10/5): Lovely stay - I booked to stay at Eitan guest house as i needed to go to Sparty, i booked months ago and i could not go as my mother was recovered at the hospital so i asked if there was a chance to cancel without penalities and Eitan was very good helping me, i rescheduled it for days ago and finally i had my stay sorted. I went there for the first time, he gave me all the info needed and i enjoyed the view i had in front, there was no noise, room was fine, nice fridge where you can place any drink you may have with you, and it's very close to the center if you like walking. When i checked out as my flight was at 20:00 i asked if there was the chance to leave the bag but he left me the room all the time needed and i really apreciated it, so i will surely choose him rather than other places when i will come back. • Cristina (7/5): - La ubicación. No me dieron indicaciones para entrar en el hotel el primer día. Cuando conseguí entrar, la mujer que me atendió me dió una habitación de dos camas de 90 (yo había reservado una habitación con cama de matrimonio). Finalmente se lo expliqué y me dió la que yo había reservado. El segundo día no limpiaron la habitación ni cambiaron toallas. Las sábanas, edredones y almohadas tenían manchas amarillas. La cama se hundía mucho por el centro.

• Gabriele (8/5): Für einen weiteren Kurztrip in Budapest würde ich auf jeden Fall Eitans Guesthouse wieder buchen. - Eitans Guesthouse befindet sich in der Nähe der Metroline. Die Zimmer sind im 5. Stock, Aufzug vorhanden. Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen wird nicht serviert. Selbstverpflegung. TV, Kühlschrank und Nasszelle sind im Zimmer vorhanden. Außerhalb des Raume gibt es noch eine kleine Küche zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung. Preisleistungsverhältnis war absolut okay. Zu Beanstanden gibt es von meiner Seite aus nichts.

• Natia Gaprindashvili (8/5): Wonderful stay! - Wonderful host! Super responsive and attentive. Mr. Eitan is always willing to help and answer any question. The hotel is very conveniently located, less than 5 minutes walking from the metro station, but also in a walking distance to anywhere to tourist attractions. Room was clean and well- maintained. Check-in was smooth and and fast. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was a specific smell in the room. When you enter from the outside, it is noticeable but as soon as I aired the room, the smell would also disappear.

• Gabriela (10/5): Czysto, ciepło i fajna lokalizacja - To był trzeci pobyt u tego gospodarza, jak zawsze czysto i ciepło, dodatkowo było kilka nowych rzeczy w wyposażeniu pokoju od czasu mojego ostatniego pobytu pół roku temu. Znakomita lokalizacja nieopodal metra i tramwaju/autobusu. Dojazd z dworca kolejowego Nyugatii tylko 2 przystanki tramwajem, świetne dla osób które przyjeżdżają późnym wieczorem a wyjeżdżają rano tak jak ja. Gospodarz bardzo sympatyczny.

• Michelle (7/5): Value for money. Good choice for short stay. - Location was convenient. Clean bed and clean shower. Fridge in the room. Eitan was also nice and accommodating. He’s a phone call away. My toilet was a bit smelly. I got a room with two separate single beds, each bed was small. No kettle in the room, but it was available in the common kitchen. Towels, although seemed laundered, were well used and didn’t seem fresh.
• stephanie (8/5): Agradable - El personal de recepción muy agradable ( el de la noche ), es muy céntrico y limpio. La camas son muy cómodas hay calefacción y aire acondicionado. Volveria a quedarme aqui. Hay nevera y un espacio para cocinar y hay microondas. Es pequeño pero muy agradable. Para encontrar el hotel esta muy escondido. No hay explicaciones claras de como llegar. Es un edificio que tienes que marcar un número para poder entrar. Si es verdad que hay un letrero y dice el número que hay que colocar pero esta información deberían de enviarla por correo!! El hotel esta en el piso 5 de este edificio y es algo que no te esperas. La ropa de la cama y las toallas deberian de cambiarlas ( todo estaba limpio) pero si que no se ven acordes a un hotel. El personal nos trató un poco feo al salir. Pero mi estancia fue muy buena lo recomiendo

Le tende color oro e di un tessuto fine non impedivano alla luce della strada di entrare dalla finestra della stanza. La cosa mi ha causato un notevole disagio perché non ho dormito molto a causa di ciò. Io le sostituirei con delle tende che rendano la stanza completamente buia di notte per garantire una buona qualità del sonno agli ospiti.

You are within a walking distance - at the same time - from the Margit island, the Parliament and the 100E shuttle to the airport. Plenty of cafes and shops (Spar, Lidl) in the proximity. The building is beautiful and very well maintained. The nights are quiet despite the central location. The room itself was exactly what I expected, tidy, all amenities are working well. There is a communal kitchen space where you can use the oven, the microwave or make some tea. Your personal fridge is in the room. Also, special thanks to Eitan for being flexible with my check-in time!

• Nino (7/5): Great value for the money - Nice room for the money, big bed with one single mattress. Very friendly staff and easy check-in and check-out process. Perfect location right next to the Oktogon. There was a bit of renovation going on, but that is only temporary and nothing you can notice at night. The temperature in the first night was a bit cold for November, but it got better.

• Adrien (9/5): - Soba je bila čista i uredna, krevet udoban. Kupatilo lepo i cisto. Sve super. Lokacija odlicna. Grejanja u sobi je bilo prvi dan kad smo stigli i bilo je pretoplo, medjutim preko noci su iskljucili i vise nisu ni pustali dok smo bili tamo, bilo je malo hladno. Pustili su grejanje pre nego sto cemo se odjaviti. Objekat ima zajednicku kuhinju, zbog toga je u hodniku bucno i sve se cuje u sobi. Osoblje bi moglo biti prijatnije.

Mi sono costati quasi 200€ per 3 notti con il cambio e le spese bancarie perche´ho pagato in anticipo con la carta di credito.Con quella somma avrei trovato di meglio, e non in un vecchio edificio al 5 pppiano.andando via dal centro, perche´ci sono molti mezzi pubblici in ogni direzione.

• Andras (2/5): - Good location, close to Octogon The owner and maintanace staff was rude. The owner tried to overcharge me by 40%, by using incorrect exchange rate. The room was dirty (eg. Hair from previous guests), small and poorly furnished. They wanted extra charge for an old airconditioning. The shover gel was more like a dishwasher. Very bad price to value

• Amitay (7/5): - clean, location is central and close to M1 metro. ameneties like AC and central kitchen exist. Host charges 10 EUR per night for air conditioner even during a heatwave. while it does show on the fine print it's unecpected and i have never seen such measure. place is in 5th floor but elevator exists on premises. no constant stay in reception so you need to make arrangments with owner to check in even during norma hours
• Olga (7/5): - Pokój znajdował się w świetnej lokalizacji, bardzo blisko metra, skąd w parę minut można było dostać się do najważniejszych zabytków miasta. Właściciel i obsługa byli przemili! Klimatyzacja jest dodatkowo płatna 10 euro za dobę. W obiekcie jest bardzo słabe ciśnienie wody, która dodatkowo nieustannie zmienia swoją temperaturę, co utrudnia wzięcie prysznica po całym dniu zwiedzania.
