- Minh (6/5): Location and apartment size was good. No parking and small stairway and entrance into the building. Apartment was old ye - Good size for a family of 4 Small stair case up to the apartment and small door entrance into the building. The dining table was small.
- William (8/5): Large apartment, perfect for 2-3 people, tight for 4. Good smart TV. Kitchen Essentials. - Off the main road so its nice and quiet. Across from a nice restaurant. Just uphill from the shuttle pickup point. A little bit of a walk uphill to the centre of town, but overall not too bad. Beds were a little firm-- only in the main room. Might be a tight fit for 4 people as the second room is very small. No doorway into the garage (where dry rooms are located) was a little tedious when cars parked in there but not that bad overall.
- Aaron (7/5): Great location, clean, well maintained, spacious, but lacking comfortable beds. - Great location, the place was clean, comfortable, and had storage for ski/snowboard equipment. Like everywhere else in Japan, they just don't understand what a real mattress is. The best you get is a rock hard dorm room style mattress. Also don't expect real blankets, only comforters for some reason.

- Lisa (8/5): A comfortable base for skiing niseko - A great base for skiing Niseko hirafu. The apartments have everything we needed including tea, coffee, washing powder. Lovely deep bath. TV with Netflix. Only a 5 to 10 minute walk to many of the convenience stores, cafes, restaurants and bars. The location was ok. There’s a free red bus shuttle every 10 minutes to take you up the hill. The walk itself isn’t too bad. You walk past all the shops and the footpath is heated. We walked up in our apresboots and used the lockers at base - 400 yen a day - to store them. The walk home is downhill so it’s probably a good way to stretch out your muscles. The second bedroom has no cupboards. We were ok as our adult child had the room, but it would be a bit hard if 4 adults stayed - just in terms of cupboard space.
