By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

It’s also in a great location. Unfortunately the oven wasn’t working, which wasn’t noted when we booked the property - we didn’t need to use it though so wasn’t too big of an issue.

It was perfect for a family and close enough to everything we needed so we could properly relax. It actually felt so comfortable we all wanted to just set up and stay. It was lovely having an open paddock next door and watching the birds. Our kids enjoyed playing in the yard. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching. There was nothing that we didn’t like about our stay.

- Garry (8/5): A well located and comfortable house with everything required for a short or longer stay. - A well presented house with all facilities at a good standard. The beds were very comfortable, a good shower and the toilet separate to the bathroom was a bonus. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery, glasses and utensils; the kettle, dishwasher, microwave and stove were all good quality. While we didn’t do any cooking or laundry there appeared to be everything required. All cleaning products were supplied. Not applicable
