- Papiga (4/5): Great Building with no privacy and very rude Host - Vila was very clean and well equiped. Host was invasive and rude, privacy was non existant.
- Anamarija (5/5): Lokacija je super ali domaćin ne poštuje privatnost - Čistoća i lokacija Unajmili smo cijeli objekt zbog privatnosti, ali ona ovdje ne postoji. Vlasnici žive odmah pored i stalno nadgledaju goste. Pri svakom izlasku iz apartmana vlasnik se pojavljuje, promatra ili dolazi “provjeriti” što radimo. Čak i kod parkiranja izlazi i dirigira, iako nema drugih gostiju. Jedne večeri, dok smo mirno igrali društvene igre, zaprijetio nam je izbacivanjem zbog buke. Iako je apartman čist i uredan, takva atmosfera potpuno upropasti odmor. Ne preporučujem svima koji traže mir i privatnost.

- Diana (10/5): Clean, calm, comfortable, close to sea. Just perfection ⭐️ - Amazing place for family. I was searching for something calm, modern, clean, with balcony and sea view, close to beach and this place has everything and even more. Private beach allowed us to spent calm moments with our 5months old baby at the sea side and the apartment was just across the street from the sea. The owner is super nice and so kind. We left some things in the apartment when we left and she made a lots of effort to send it back to us. Seriously that place was beyond expectations the greatest place I ever been in Croatia.

- Maria (10/5): Super Lage. Wir sind mit dem Auto zu den Stränden gefahren. So war es auch von uns geplant. - Sehr gut! Alles war sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und bemüht. In der kurzen Zeit konnten wir uns sehr gut erholen. -
- Pamela (10/5): Es war traumhaft schön. - Es war eine sehr schöne, moderne, saubere und ruhige Unterkunft. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Geben einem Tipps für Restaurants, Ausflugsziele usw. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder genau dorthin kommen. Es hat uns an absolut nichts gefehlt und wir können vom ganzen Herzen die Villa Stjepanovic empfehlen.

- Maja (5/5): This place may suit someone looking for a strictly quiet, rule-oriented stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for those who - The location was good, close to the sea, and the apartment was newly furnished. However, the overall experience felt more restrictive than welcoming. The host intervened several times over minor things – once when I was grilling food and some smoke appeared, then again when I opened a window while the AC was running (trying to let the smoke out), and even when I was listening to music outside at 9 p.m. — despite the official quiet hours starting at 10 p.m. Still, we felt constantly monitored, which made it difficult to truly relax. Additionally, the kitchen is very sparsely equipped — only one wine glass, three forks, and limited basic utensils, which made simple cooking more difficult than it should be.

The upper floors have balconies with a great view at the sea - we had the one with the big terrace at the top floor and it was amazing. There is secure parking at the property - you will get a remote to control the front gate. I didn't know this up front - but the apartments have a small private beach just across the street. It's difficult to find bad things about our stay. In general prices went up a lot in Croatia, but the quality was very good. Other than that, nothing worth mentioning, just maybe - we could use a bigger cutting board in the kitchen :)

- Kateryna (9/5): Superb - The property looks really nice, what is important is that the photos absolutely matching reality. The apartment was beautiful and cozy, literally had all kind of kitchen and laundry facilities for a long stay, which is also important, because the closest supermarkets, restaurants etc are located in the centrum (~15 minutes drive). The placement of the property is not good if you don’t have a car. For us was very important the view from the balcony and it’s truly amazing same as mentioned, the balcony itself is big and has a nice furniture for eating and rest, but probably would be even better to have there some kind of small cover for shadow. The only moment which was frustrating is a bunch of hair on the shower floor, kinda gave a feeling that bathroom was not cleaned, even though the apartment itself seemed to be well cleaned. But this is an issue which owners can be more careful about next times. Owners themselves are really kind and friendly people. They’re always glad to help and advice smth and reacting fast on any issues. Generally we’re satisfied and have really nice impressions after visiting Villa Stjepanovic
