• Jiří (10/5): - Velmi přátelský pan majitel (jestli to byl majitel). Vše perfektně popsal, kudy do centra, kde je jaký obchod atd. Apartmán velmi prostorný (2 dospělí a 3 děti) a čistý. Výhled z veliké terasy na moře a hory. Naprostá spokojenost. V kuchyni by se hodila mikrovlnná trouba. Jinak žádná negativa.
• Boris Ulčar (10/5): - Netflix,clima,seperate room for my 16 year old son,sea view,terase with table and 2 chairs,free coffe twice for me and my wife, privacy,15 minutes to the beach. No iVent or similar ventilation in bathroom. I bought one for 50Eur on Amazon.;) No basket for cutlery in dishwasher. I missed yellow dishwashing sponge.;) I missed mosquito nets on every other window,not only in bedroom.
• Erich (8/5): Große, saubere Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, großer Terrasse, angemessenes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. - Empfang durch den Vermieter sehr freundlich und informativ. Wohnung sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Ruhige Lage in Wohngebiet an Sackgasse gelegen. Fußweg zum nächstgelegenen Strand ca. 15 Minuten, ins Zentrum von Izola ca. 20 Minuten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 10 Minuten. Mit Fahrrad alles schnell erreichbar. Auch Parenzana-Radweg in unmittelbarer Nähe. Große Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, Liegestühlen und Meerblick. Fliegengitter an Schlafzimmerfenster, was sehr vorteilhaft war. Gutes WLan. Parkplatz am Haus. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist angemessen. Bei dem Haus handelt es sich um ein älteres Objekt, bei dem verschiedener Renvierungsbedarf besteht. Die betreffende Wohnung ist jedoch in einem ordentlichen Zustand. Negativ war, dass wir unsere EBikes über Treppenstufen zur Terrasse hochtragen und dort abstellen mussten, da keine anderweitige, sichere Unterstellmöglichkeit bestand.

• Marion (10/5): - Voll netter Empfang vom Vermieter und hat sich voll super um uns gekümmert, so nette Vermieter hatte ich schon lange nicht mehr. Apartment war mega toll. Echt sehr empfehlenswert

• Lucie (9/5): Prostorný apartmán v klidné lokalitě s krásným výhledem. - Prostorný a čistý apartmán, příjemný chládek v horkých dnech, ani jsme nemuseli pouštět klimatizaci. V kuchyni najdete vše potřebné. Nejlepší je posezení na terase, díky zeleni zcela v soukromí a krásný výhled na moře a na Izolu. V okolí najdete supermarket i restaurace, na nejbližší pláž (San Simon beach) se dá dojít pohodlně pěšky. Nám se nejvíc líbila Strunjan beach - 10 minut autem.
• Tina (9/5): Clean apartment with a lovely terrace - Overall, we were happy with our stay – the apartment was exceptionally clean, which was very important to us with small children. We especially loved the terrace – it offered a lovely view of the surrounding rooftops and the sea in the distance, perfect for morning coffee or a relaxing evening. The host was very kind and accommodating – they let us check in an hour early, which we really appreciated with the little ones. Parking was fine and easy to access. A few things could be improved. The apartment felt a bit outdated and not very well maintained – some electrical outlets didn’t work, the bedroom door couldn’t be closed, and some windows and balcony doors were missing mosquito screens, which was quite inconvenient during the summer.
• Juraj (9/5): Good location, nice host, very spacious, no loud streets/neighbours. - Location, location, location. Proximity to the beach (and supermarket and post and pharmacy), ~10min walk. Terrace. Quite a big one. Being on the lower floor meant, that despite high outside temperatures we didn't have to switch the air-condition on. Silent neighbours - maybe we were lucky :-) No loud neighbours, no loud streets, it was possible to sleep with windows open. Spacious. Three rooms (although we didn't use the small one with children "playground") Perhaps you would not describe it as cosy, but clean, cool (like "cold"), equiped with all the things you need for your holiday. Friendly host (thank you for being flexible upon our arrival / collecting keys). We would have loved nets on all windows (not just the sleeping room) - this was our second appartment in Slovenia and again the same story. It looks like Slovenians are more mosquito-resistant than are :-) Please fix the sockets!

• Valeria (10/5): Amazing place with sea view - We loved the place. The apartment is spacious and clean. Short walk to the supermarkets and beach. Towels were small 😀

• Lengyel (9/5): Superb - The location is really great, everything is nearby which is a big plus. Private parking is also a must in the summer in this area which is provided. The beds are extremely comfortable, there is enough space in all rooms. We slept 3 different plqces during our holiday and these beds were the best for me. Mitja (our host) was very communicative and helpful, he instantly replaced a malfuncioning coffee machine for us. Also, he is available almost synchronously on all communication channels which is a big plus for me. For a longer stay the place provided a washing machine in the bathroom and a dishwasher machine in the kitchen. There are toys for children in one of the rooms also pencils / sheets for drawing. There was a TV with Netflix / HBO access but we did not use that. Wifi has sufficient coverage and speed. The location of the only air conditioner makes it ineffective (would be better in the entrance hall). I would also add one more of these for this amount of space because only 1 is not able to keep up on extremely hot days. We could not find a microwave oven which was a little bit surprising. There should be a longer sink (or no cabinet above the sink, only a mirror) in the bathroom because the maximum distance between the edge of the cabinet and the edge of the sink on the vertical plane is not enough to provide a comfortable teeth brushing. Shower cabin should have some hard case.
• Bostjn (9/5): Great stay at a quiet and relaxed location - Spacious apartment with designated kids bedroom . Our daughter loved the toys and activities provided. Double air conditioning unit is great. The balcony space is huge and relaxing for a chill out in the evening. More appliances in the kitchen would be welcome for a family with young kids.
