• Andrea (9/5): - Very comfortable accommodation. Plenty of room in the kitchen, living room, dining room for 6 adults. Good location for an easy walk into town or up to Loughrigg Fell Fridge behind the door is awkward.

Easy access to Ambleside by car (it is walkable along a main road). The house is very thoughtfully curated. Interior decor is lovely - lots of stylish individual touches and soft furnishings. Beds exceptionally comfy - we slept like logs. Great quality bedding and accessories. Hot tub was brilliant - sadly being winter we couldn't fully make use of the terrace but imagine it will be perfect in the warmer months. Kitchen very well equipped, everything you need if you're planning to cook (even had a hand blender!). Hosts were terrific, responsive, helpful and kind. We would definitely return. The outside entrance area needs a bit of TLC, The hot tub decking needs some mats but we were offered an interim solution until some are purchased.

Large kitchen with everything you could need Beautiful hot tub, we were there in winter, but I imagine the large terrace area would be wonderful in the summer Luxurious living room, lots of seating, just perfect! Great communication with the owners! It was difficult to find the exact entrance in the dark, a light over the sign on the gatepost would be helpful
