• Dimitar (10/5): Отличен и чист апартамент - Много, много чисто. Ново обзавеждане. Просторен апартамент. Много удобно легло и възглавница. Дискретно настаняване. Благодарности за комплимента! Локацията, като отправен пункт за разглеждане на градафе супер. Само две неща, за които собствениците нямат никаква вина: Първото е, че има паркоместа, но ако пристигнете късно и някой е заел по-широките, ще трябва да паркирате на такова, където има опасност да ви одраскат автомобила. Това се случи с нас, но, когато имаш Каско, не е фагално. Затова, планирайте да дойдете по-навреме и всичко ще е наред! Другото е, че локацията е на градска улица и е шумно до около 22 ч. Сутрин, камионът за боклук задължително ще Ви събуди, ако не сте затворили прозореца. Но това изобщо не разваля отличните впечатления.
• Brunella (8/5): Soggiorno confortevole e piacevole - Alloggio comodo e spazioso in un bel contesto, piacevoli i colori, specialmente nel bagno, tantissime finestre per arieggiare, presente anche un balconcino. Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro... La mancanza di un separé sul balconcino, data la continuità con l'alloggio adiacente, ma non è stato un grosso problema dato che abbiamo ovviato con lo stendino del bucato😅
• jerome (6/5): - Logement très proche du centre. Uniquement 5 places de stationnement pour l ensemble des logements, ce qui est très peu, nous avions choisi ce logement car il y avait un parking cependant pendant notre séjour de 3 jours impossible de se garer. Beaucoup de stationnement payant aux alentours. Logement propre mais mauvaise odeur dans tout le logement certainement dû à un problème de canalisation. Lave vaisselle mais une pastille pour 3 jours idem pour la machine à laver. Géré par une société de location impersonnelle, tout se fait par message. Literie très inconfortable, matelas déformé. Moins moderne que sur les photos.
• Nöthen-Maccagnan (8/5): - La propreté, le cadre, très proche du centre ville, la vue. Facile d'accès, le personnel est très accueillant et disponible. Belluno peut être visité à pieds. Gare à 20 minutes à Pieds pour aller à Venise en 2 h. Le parking ! J'avais demandé un logement avec parking. L'immeuble possède quelques places qui sont vite remplies. Plusieurs nuits je me suis garée à l'extérieur, dans un parking à 15 minutes à Pieds du logement. Ni confortable ni sécurisé.

Unico consiglio relativo all"alloggio: consiglierei per i soggiorni di qualche giorno di dotare anche di una tovaglia, ma è proprio l' unico appunto che posso fare, perché era dotato di tutto

• Nadina (10/5): Excellent location, very spacious - Amazing location - very close (300m) to the city center (coffee shops, cosmetics, supermarket, pharmacy etc). Excellent self check-in experience, with detailed instructions and a video so it was impossible to miss it! Also, in the apartment you'll find detailed instructions on how everything works, which is useful. The apartment is very spacious, the bedroom is huge, in the kitchen you'll find everything you need, everything was clean and tidy. The host, Ileana, was very responsive and helpful! The building has couple of covered parking spots and 2 open parking spots, they are not guaranteed but we always found an empty spot to park. There is no coffee machine but we brought ours and there are plenty coffee shops very near, opening at 8:00 AM and very cheap :)

• Miriam (5/5): Passable - The location was good considering Belluno it's a very small village. The property was well equipped, although I did suggest to the property management firm, to stock it slightly better for short-term stays. The flat looked clean, but it was not disinfected. The rooms smelled stale, and surely a bit of bleach would have helped against that issue. Also, the welcoming package was not inclusive of dishwasher tablets, and coffee. I booked a property that had a dishwasher specifically because I didn't want to do the dishes manually. Considering the price we paid in August, I assumed we might have found enough tablets for our 2 days stay.
