LXVS (10/5): Отличное соотношение цены и качества - Прекрасное расположение, всё необходимое в пешей доступности. В апартаментах чисто, уютно и есть всё для комфортного проживания. Процесс заселения организован очень удобно и понятно. Владелец всегда на связи и готов помочь. Рекомендую! Недостатков не обнаружил.

Barato Lo cogimos por si proximidad a la estación de tren pero resultó que lleva años cerrada y ahora queda muy lejos, en petrovaradin. El colchón es básicamente una colchoneta, resulta incómodo. Le falta la persiana más próxima a la cama, y las otras dos no llegan a cerrar del todo. Nos despertabamos muy temprano por la luz y porque cada vez que un vecino abre el coche con el mando a distancia oyes el bip-bip, ya que está pegado al parking. En realidad no tiene cocina, sino dos fogones portátiles y el cable estorba cuando cocinas. No parece muy seguro. El baño necesita reformas

Alina (10/5): Уютная квартира в центре города! - Очень хорошая квартира-студия, аккуратная и уютная. Площадь квартиры большая, что для студий не свойственно😌 Очень приятные хозяева, встретили нас, помогли заселиться и припарковаться, ответили на некоторые наши вопросы о городе. Достаточно много приборов для приготовления еды! Вообще в квартире было все что может пригодиться, даже не знаю, что еще отметить😁 Расположение очень удачное, 10 минут ходьбы до пешеходной улицы, 5 минут до крупного продуктового. А внизу возле дома соседнее заведение - классная пекарня!

The place is neat. Also, they allowed us check in early The bathroom door is tricky to close, also the ventilation in the bathroom was quite loud as well.

Danil (10/5): Great stay in cozy calm place - Cozy apartment near the city center, but away from noisy big streets. Apartment is clear and have everything we need: kettle, kitchen, washing machine, even the shaving kit which was extremely useful since mine is broken.

You are close to the city centre in a lovely neighbourhood, the apartment is clean, cosy and well equipped and both host extremely pleasant and agreeable, everything went smoothly. I would recommend this stay to anyone visiting Novi Sad, it's definitely one of the best offers out there!

Walkable distance to “important” locations. - Apartment is located in such a way that old part of the town, Petrovaradin fortress and Balasevic house is a walk away. Cozy, warm and with a gated entrance/parking lot. Hosts are amazing and welcoming. Really enjoyed my stay!
