• Santiago (7/5): - Enjoyed the sunny fourth floor balcony and it was great value for money. There was the bare minimum in terms of cutlery, plates etc, and no stove or microwave to cook or prepare food with. The shower was a bit rudimentary, but functional.

• Li Jia (9/5): I enjoyed my stay a lot, after working around the shortcomings of the property. - Fuss-free check-in. Host give a code to access the keys in a locked box. Fridge. A spartan apartment that provided for all my basic needs. No wifi. Apartment is far from a metro station. (Dikasteria bus stop is a short walk from the apartment. Both 15 and 224 can get you to city centre). Not much heated water.

• karagiannis (1/5): - Μονο ο χώρος Μήνα Μάρτιο με κρύο έξω, η θέρμανση δεν λειτουργούσε,πετσέτες για μπάνιο ειχε μονο μικρές! Έπρεπε να παρουμε 3 τηλέφωνα τον ιδιοκτήτη για να μας φέρει 1 μικρό σώμα για να ζεσταθουμε! Την 1η φορά μας είπε την άλλη μέρα, την 2η φορά οτι προσπαθεί να βρει λυση και την 3η φορά για να έρθει μια υπάλληλος του αφότου του είπα οτι θα υποβαλουμε αναφορά Οταν ήρθε η υπάλληλος την ρωτήσαμε ευγενικά γιατι το 1 δωμάτιο δεν ηταν προσβασιμο.. Μας απαντησε με θράσος πως αυτο εμάς δεν μας αφορά, παρόλο που στο booking αναφέρεται με 75τμ Είχαμε την τιμή ωστόσο να μας αφήσει μεγάλες πετσέτες παίρνοντας όμως τις μικρές μαζί της Για το δε στρώμα του κρεβατιού πραγματικά μου λείπουν τα λόγια... τα ελατήρια τα αισθανθήκαμε σε όλο μας το κορμί... Αναγκαστηκαμε δυστυχώς να νοικιάσουμε αλλο κατάλυμα για την υπόλοιπη διαμονή μας στην Αθήνα!
• Marel Mali (1/5): - Περιμέναμε 40 λεπτά τον ιδιοκτήτη για να μας πει τον κωδικό για να πάρουμε το κλειδί επειδή δεν σήκωνε τα τηλέφωνα. Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά δεν το συστήνω.

• Fragoulaki (8/5): Εργασία - Ήταν κοντά στην τοποθεσία όπου ειχα δουλειά. Κατά τα άλλα ήταν καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο. Εύκολη πρόσβαση στα πέριξ. Οπότε πιστεύω ότι είναι μια πολύ καλή επιλογή για όσους χρειάζονται ένα κατάλυμα για μια ημέρα. Δεν είχε θέρμανση, ευτυχώς όμως που δεν έκανε κρύο αν και μέσα Νοέμβρη και με μια κουβερτουλα βγάλαμε τη βράδυα και επίσης πιστεύω ότι το κρεββάτι θα έπρεπε να έχει ένα στρώμα της προκοπής γιατί στην αρχή νόμιζα ότι δεν υπήρχε καν στρώμα. Συγγνώμη αλλά αυτό είδα. Κατά τα άλλα όπως είπα πιο πάνω ήταν καλό. Για εμένα η τιμή ήταν τσιμπημενη.
• Ηλιας Αγγελος (1/5): Απαίσια εμπειρία πραγματικά. - Από που να πρωτοξεκινήσω το σπίτι ήταν τόσο παλιό που μυρίζε πολύ άσχημα με το που άνοιγες την πόρτα.Καμια σχέση με τις φωτογραφίες και επίσης στο σπίτι υπάρχουν δυο επιπλέον δωμάτια που είναι κλειδωμένες οι πόρτες και δεν έχεις πρόσβαση.Με αποτέλεσμα να μην γνωρίζεις τι υπάρχει μέσα και να μην μπορείς να κοιμηθείς το βράδυ.Ειχαμε κλείσει δύο διανυκτερεύσεις αλλά δεν μείναμε καθόλου διότι και το κρεβάτι ήταν χάλια και καθόλου άνετου το ίδιο και τα μαξιλάρια.Επιπλέον κάτι που μας τρόμαξε πάρα πολύ ήταν ότι το διπλανό διαμέρισμα ηταν σφραγισμένο απ την αστυνομία.

• Márton (8/5): - Spartan accomodation indeed. No wifi, no blankets, no curtains. If you want hot water you have to click a button 15 minutes before you take a bath. The pillows are like rocks, and the owner is not flexible with the check in time. Other than these stuff, its clean, cheap and in a good location.
• Roza (1/5): - Розташування лише Вночі в туалеті бігають таргани. Ні плити ні мікрохвильовці нема. Мочалка та якась тряпка на кухні зовсім не нові. З обладнання лише маленький холодильник, пом'ятий життям чайник та вентилятор. Туалетного папіру лише піврулона на 4 дні. Нема чим навіть підлогу замести чі поли вимити. Нема навіть корзини для смиття. Нема кухонного столу є лише невеличкий стол в кімнаті. В прихожей є страшні старі кресла в собачий шерсті, а я маю алергію то мені було незручно

• Emma (6/5): Okay - The service was very and attentive in the check in and outs. The facilities were clean and the fan was really good. There were no utilities in the kitchen ( no microwave nor oven). There was no wifi connection and the there was no reception, so you couldn’t use your mobile data either. The bed was really uncomfortable and hard to sleep on.

• Julie (9/5): - Appartement fonctionnel. Propriétaire disponible et accueillant. Rue calme. Assez difficile à repérer de l'extérieur. Assez excentré et bus difficile à prendre car peu de passages.
• Stelios (10/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν τέλεια με άνετη θέση για το αμάξι!! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν τέλειο καθαρό σε καλή θέση με ασανσέρ. Μας άρεσε πάρα πολύ με πολύ ευγενικό τον υπεύθυνο του διαμερίσματος. Το συνιστούμε σε όποιον θέλει να μείνει εκεί 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

• Psimrova (5/5): - Komunikace s hostitelem byla skvělá (prakticky okamžité odpovědi). Slabé vybavení kuchyně (2mělké talíře, 2 vidličky, nože, velké lžíce), 2skleničky a dva hrníčky, lednice a rychl.konev. Nebyla wiffi (uvedeno v popisu ubytování), místo klimatizace větrák, který nestíhal (také uvedeno v popisu), naopak některé vybavení uvedené v popisu chybělo - masážní vana. Na jedné straně postele bylo cítit péro z matrace. Při ubytování na 5dnů/2osoby 1 toaletní papír. Při upozornění nám bylo sděleno, že si máme dokoupit, když nám nestačí. Některé dveře (i balkon v kuchyni)byly zamčené.
• Nikolas (1/5): Bad - The price was handy No contact prior to checking in - had to call the owner on the day for the lockbox code. No air conditioning. The towels they included were the size of a tea towel.
• Myron (5/5): Passable - Almost Foto-WYSIWYG. Very good price for Athens and quick response with friendly and short time reaction from host. It was also very clean. The pillows where much to tiny (not the ones from the Photo). Therefore very uncomfortable to sleep.
• Patricia (1/5): the passage of terror - Nada A scam, I spent the worst night of my life in this apartment, 3 of the 5 doors were locked, which is not specified at any time in the advertisement, old house, dirty and in the worst neighborhood of Athens, plus the house next door was sealed off by the police, do yourself a favor and don't go if you don't want to spend a scary night.

• Andrea (5/5): Passable - The apartment is big, you have enough space. You can go by walk to some places, and it's good. The neighborhood is quiet and chill, I felt safe there. I just talked with the host by phone call and through the chat, and he is really really nice. The place is not that bad, and we just stayed for one night, but I think that if you are planning to stay there for more days, it's not that comfortable and it's not as equipped as it should be. The bed was uncomfortable, it didn't have property pillows. The blanket didn't look so clean, I found some hair on it and it wasn't ours. The "towels" they gave us were really small, the kind of towels you can use to dry your hair maybe. The shower doesn't have a curtain, so everything is wet after you take a shower... And there's no internet.
